The purchasing experience was great. The lack of follow through by the builder is horrible. Several issues hat were addressed in the walkthrough still have not be taken care of. Typical of any builder over promise, under deliver!!

The salesman Keith worked with us until everything fell into place. He went over and above the call of duty to get us into the neighborhood! The home is pristine and WE JUST LOVE It!

The buying process was the smoothest and the contract manager was very helpful!

I felt good about my purchase a little upsetting with the final move in. The quality is subpar as far as the materials used. As for the builders team, they were not as efficient nor effective as to all that was promised. (Touch up paint after move in, none was left as promised, after inquiring I was told they don’t do that anymore, no cleaning after work completed. No timely response to my questions and issues. I am fully satisfied with our home purchases especially with K. Hovnanian. The entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in was very easy. Our experience with the builder’s team was excellent. They were very responsvie to clear each and every doubt ours during the process of purchasing our new house. Also the quality of the construction is much better than other builder's.

The process of buying the house was easy. It was my first house and the seller was very patient, providing me with all the information upfront and sending me update regularly while they were building the house. Also I got to visit it many times and was informed of all the features. I even made a change in the middle of the construction, I add tiles to a bedroom instead of carpet. The seller and the builder agreed to do it, thank to good communication and flexibility. I highly recommend them.
