Things took a little longer than hoped due to supply issues and turnover, but Kristina kept us in the loop the whole way. The home is perfect... Zero complaints!

Build quality was excellent.

The KHOV team from day 1 was great to work with. This was my first home purchase and from the sales team to builders, all was covered and explained very well. Thank you KHOV for making our dream come true! =)

The entire experience was great. Kristina was there from the beginning and helped with all the decisions and even in initiating the financial portions. I couldn’t have done it without her and Thad made himself available and did a stellar job on the house. I love everything and am thankful for KHov for helping us get into our forever home :)

KHov was absolutely amazing with helping me become a first time home buyer. They always sent me pictures and updates on a weekly bases and if there were any issues, they were right on it, making sure that they were taking care of me.. My home is beautiful and love the neighborhood. Kristina was incredible and absolutely amazing with helping me put my home together.

Quality of home was exceptional for the price, as was the workmanship.

Generally responsiveness to issues is great but recently our garage door has been malfunctioning and it’s been a few weeks and still no one has come to address it and we have to reach out several times. We get unsatisfactory replies and no follow through with the warranty person. Lastly the entrance to our community has dead landscaping which doesn’t set the right tone for our subdivision. We have mentioned this as well with no addressing of the issue.

Building shortages caused us to change a few things but overall the house was completed and we love it! Few thing here and there but the warranty department has been on top of it.

Though home took 2 additional months to close, it was understandable based on market and material conditions. Very happy with our home and the sales and service teams.

Very nice people. Kept me well informed as I was out of state. Answered all questions quickly.

There were a few hiccups, some due to weather and supply issues, the others were due to poor management during the build process. Overall we are happy with the product and would recommend KHov to any of our friends.

The employees at K. Hovnanian Homes are so good to work with. I love the use of the square footage in the home. It is a great space for me and my girls. The neighborhood id in a great location with both schools so close that my kids can walk to school It's been an amazing time saver for me in the morning.

We were treated with respect and care through the entire process. The team made sure to work very hard to get us in our home in a timely fashion while still providing a top notch home that my family and I will enjoy growing in!

The contractors were often messy leavings food stuffs and bottles around the property. Perhaps better daily clean up at the building site would be a plus.

K. Hovnanian Homes are very nice homes, and Standford Park is a lovely area, near highway 75. As for the construction of the home, the builder and sales person's do a great job keeping you informed on the progress of the build. This was my second home purchase, and the KHOV team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They answered every question i had truthfully and in a timely manner. What i wish i could have gotten is (1.) a bigger garage, 20' deep garages are not designed for the Texas truck driver. My full size truck will not fit in my garage, this leaves it open to the Texas weather. (2.)Also the options although good are somewhat limited, I understand the concerns of the seller, to not personalize the home before all the paperwork is signed, but there should be a few more interior and exterior options that can be added during the build, and not left to the buyer to do once the home is complete. (3.) and this is truly personal, is that the 14'x18' upstairs living area, is truly not 14'x18' when you include the stairway. My experience with KHov was great. They where fast and very trustworthy. Will get my pre 1 year inspection in soon but as of now no issues with he home in any way!

The process was quick and easy.

The negative side of my experience is the house I really wanted had an appraisal issue and I had to select another property. This property was not completed, so my family had to spend three extra weeks in a hotel! Once we moved in, we fell in love with our house! I love the finished product. The kitchen is awesome, and everyone has their own space.
