My concerns started with the sales office and what I would call small wording deceptions through the building process were brushed off I had to fight with the builder to address problems with workmanship and materials which were never properly addressed. Then after receiving keys it has been pretty much the same I have been promised it will get better but as of yet I’m still not seeing it. The latest promise was yesterday. Maybe this time some one will just be honest and actually do what they say.

The entire experience was great. Kristina was there from the beginning and helped with all the decisions and even in initiating the financial portions. I couldn’t have done it without her and Thad made himself available and did a stellar job on the house. I love everything and am thankful for KHov for helping us get into our forever home :)

KHov was absolutely amazing with helping me become a first time home buyer. They always sent me pictures and updates on a weekly bases and if there were any issues, they were right on it, making sure that they were taking care of me.. My home is beautiful and love the neighborhood. Kristina was incredible and absolutely amazing with helping me put my home together.

Very nice people. Kept me well informed as I was out of state. Answered all questions quickly.

This was my first home it was stressful but all in all a good buy

The negative side of my experience is the house I really wanted had an appraisal issue and I had to select another property. This property was not completed, so my family had to spend three extra weeks in a hotel! Once we moved in, we fell in love with our house! I love the finished product. The kitchen is awesome, and everyone has their own space.

Good experience , very nice sales staff ! Good supervisors over building project of my new home !

Quality of home was exceptional for the price, as was the workmanship.

The contractors were often messy leavings food stuffs and bottles around the property. Perhaps better daily clean up at the building site would be a plus.

The finance team was awesome! After moving in, you see a lot of cheap materials and laziness. We love our house, but going to have to upgrade on our own.

I would never buy a home from them again due to their lender challenges. The list is much to long to explain in an email and quite frankly, I dont want to re-live the experience!! The sales staff were very good and very professional, that is where it ended and the pain began!

The employees at K. Hovnanian Homes are so good to work with. I love the use of the square footage in the home. It is a great space for me and my girls. The neighborhood id in a great location with both schools so close that my kids can walk to school It's been an amazing time saver for me in the morning.

K. Hovnanian Homes are very nice homes, and Standford Park is a lovely area, near highway 75. As for the construction of the home, the builder and sales person's do a great job keeping you informed on the progress of the build. This was my second home purchase, and the KHOV team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They answered every question i had truthfully and in a timely manner. What i wish i could have gotten is (1.) a bigger garage, 20' deep garages are not designed for the Texas truck driver. My full size truck will not fit in my garage, this leaves it open to the Texas weather. (2.)Also the options although good are somewhat limited, I understand the concerns of the seller, to not personalize the home before all the paperwork is signed, but there should be a few more interior and exterior options that can be added during the build, and not left to the buyer to do once the home is complete. (3.) and this is truly personal, is that the 14'x18' upstairs living area, is truly not 14'x18' when you include the stairway.
