I would recommend KHov homes to friends and family.

We are so happy with our new home. We didn't plan on buying a new construction but this area is convenient to Quantico and well desired. I wish there was a bit more retail & restaurants closer but we can get to most in FXBG within 15-20 mins depending on traffic. David W. did a fantastic job during our walk-thru of showing every detail of the house and its utilities. KHov seems to have a great reputation as a builder and after a month+ I have no complaints.

The overall house is nice. I feel like k hov should put poles lights so that it’s not pitch dark at night and maybe a playground for the kids. Everything about this place is dark and old school except the new houses. Not sure of how long I will stay. Not to mention very few places to eat out and the Walmart is like going to petco too many dogs. I feel like I’ve left civilization and it’s hard adjusting. I wish that I would have chosen Ryan homes in Culpeper and that’s only because of the location. Also why is it that none of the bathroom showers have a place for soap or towels.

So far things are going well. Respond to complaints and issues are poor from builders and the office as a whole.

My home buying experience was okay overall. The sales agent was wonderful and really helped make the process smoother. My biggest regret is not getting a home inspector before purchasing. I felt rushed during my walkthrough and was told that any issues would be taken care of even after closing. Honestly, it’s been a bit of a challenge. They have addressed many of my concerns, but quite a few things have been put on the back burner because they say the home needs time to settle. Unfortunately, many of these issues were already there before I moved in, but I didn’t notice them at the time.

Matt would go above and beyond. He understood the customer need and was supportive and proactive in every way.

I enjoyed the home buying process. The Sales Consultant, Homeowner Service Manager, and builder have been extremely helpful and supportive in the home buying process. All of them made homebuyers process run smoothly for me. Thank you to all for my lovely home.

The team at Khovinian kept me up to date as home was being built and were very responsive to any questions that I may have had. I will definitely recommend them in the future.

I purchased the WiFi extension package for my home. Thinking they would install everything needed. All they do is put a hole in the ceiling and a wire then tell you you have to hire somebody else to finish it. Everyone I call says the builder should have done this. They have no idea what this is.

Good. But at the same time. I would like to have choice for: using Gas or Electricity or both. For the A/C and Heater.

Generally, a good experience. Building project manager and co-worker very responsive to questions and providing answers to questions. Having to travel from Fredericksburg, VA to Chantilly, VA to select specifice items for inside the house was not pleasant, and would have been more convenient if the same service were provided closer to the new community home site.

Though we have owned several homes this was our first brand new home. It was completed almost 6 weeks ahead of schedule which we were not really prepared for but the home turned out beautifully. Unfortunately, accompanying services were not ready. We did not receive mail service, garbage pick up, and internet/TV service for 2 months after closing. Living without these amenities proved challenging and sometimes frustrating. Service from the recommended title company, Eastern National Title Agency, has been pitiful. Though we paid cash for the home, we still have not received a title or even a response from them after writing personally to Nelson G. I had a good experience with the builder, but make sure you have them work closely with you as to when your new home will be available so as not to experience any unexpected or unannounced delays that could impact your planned move in. Additionally make sure you have any problems you encounter before and up to move in well documented by the builder so that you have a basis for follow up should the problem result in subsequent issues that need to be addressed and corrected. The builder's 1 year warranty is a welcome and helpful package to have.

I had a great experience with khov construction and home warranty. Craig and Matt were so nice and would always go the extra mile to help customers. Everett from the home warranty was also a gem. My experience with the sales office was good at times, but I found my sales point of contact to not be fully trustworthy. My realtor and I had to follow up to get responses and the poc often said he wouldn’t bring our requests to management since he knew they would say no. I would say your experience depends on who have as your pocs. If you find a way to contact khov construction on your needs, I think you’d have a better experience. ... More

Love our house and the community. Property managers are very responsive and helpful with any issue, such as window was recently replaced and the coordination and communication is excellent.

Working with Joe and James was a pleasure

I had a great experience with the sales offices - especially Joe. They listened and answered questions over and over again each time I asked with a smile. The construction team - especially James were amazing. Going above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with the work being done to the house. The only unpleasant experience was with the mortgage company through Khov in particular - Andrew. He was very unprofessional and did not have the knowledge and background to assist with a purchase that started in November and completed in July. Overall it was a good experience. For the Price of the home, not completing the mudroom bench the full 90" and not completing the wet-bar in the basement is a shame.

K. Hov is based on production. There are things that should not be encountered in a new home. We noticed some contractors work on what is best for them and not the esthetics or the home. Investing in contractors and having enough contractors to work in a home would be beneficial so they can deliver on time and to your standards and reputation. We foresee having issues with water setting in one area of our backyard. Please note, Jamie was a pleasure to work with and he was ALWAYS responsive.
