K Hov from the beginning has been such a joy to work with. They made the process for me as a first time home buyer easy and straightforward

Very easy and smooth process! Great communication and response times.

We had an amazing experience with K. Hovnanian Homes, especially with the Construction Managers in particular. They were great to work with and very responsive. We really appreciate the weekly updates that included a detailed message as well as photos. The walk throughs during each stage of the process were very informative and the Construction Managers answered all of our questions. The quality and workmanship of the house is amazing! I would definitely recommend K. Hovnanian Homes to anyone looking for great home designs as well as a great experience!

We love our new home!

consistent updates as the build was going on. Great photo's and opportunity to walk through build phases

This is my first time building a new house. The whole process was very tiring and stressful but thanks to K. Hovnanian team, I got through. :-) The team is very professional and they are very responsive when I have questions (still now)! They helped me a lot during the process and I would love to recommend my friends to purchase a new home from K. Hovnanian!

Great experience still getting calls about if everything is ok.

Wonderful home at Potomac Trace! We are extremely happy with the quality and service for our new build and would purchase from K.Hov again.

Builder was excellent to work with especially after we moved in to our home.

We are pleased with our homebuying experience.

Good buying experience with KHOV.

K-Hovnanian builders made buying a dream home easy, enjoyable, and exciting. Excellent builders and excellent team made the process a smooth transition.

Michael was amazing in helping me and walking me through all the options, being patient with showing me the homes, and being willing to be there throughout the decision making process. The construction manager Orlando was also amazing with hearing out any detailed requests and meeting expectations, and during the building, closing, and even after settling, he was very helpful in making sure things in the home were working out for me. Michael and Orlando showed that they care that I would have a home that I love.

We are blessed to have purchased our new K. Hovnanian (Khov) home despite the obvious risks and challenges associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. There were positive changes made in the home buying process to ensure the safety and well-being of both the seller (Khov team) and the buyer. The overall experience with the sales and mortgage teams was incredible. They were knowledgeable, professional, and responsive, which bolstered our confidence in purchasing a home during a pandemic. Based on our experience, we recommend the involvement and synergy of leadership across all aspects (sales, mortgage, and construction) of home buying be consistent to ensure the same level of quality from a well-known builder with an excellent reputation. ... This is my first house and I am stunned with how beautiful it is. The house looks great and everyone we've worked with has been attentive and very helpful.

I like the attention they gave me when i purchased my home

I’m coming across many surfaces that aren’t level (fireplace mantle) or square (some walls and corners). I would have fought harder for a wider driveway and extra paved parking area. I had an issue with an exterior floodlight that never worked, turned out it was the bulbs. Something I feel should have been checked in their quality inspections. I discovered water dripping from the first floor to the ceiling. Turned out the refrigerator water line was not connected properly and the connecting nut was only finger tightened. Waiting for home owner services to come out and inspect for any damages. Drainage in my yard is horrible. Every time it rains, I end up with a large swampy area in my back yard. They had to rush towards the end to meet a closing deadline. Biggest help throughout was the on-site construction manager Blue. She is amazing and extremely helpful. ... More

Great first time home buyer experience with a great builder!

The process was made seamless with the help of the sales staff working in conjunction with the builder and the mortgage company. The continuous follow up, along with educating us on every step of the process was excellent.

Very beautiful home, Worth the wait

I had a wonderful process from the beginning. Every meeting to show progress of the house was scheduled in advance and I received a stellar walkthrough each time. Since I’ve been in the property I’ve not come across any issues and everything looks great. The home is beautiful and has all the characteristics my family desires. Overall I’m very happy with our K. Hovnanian home and will recommend them to others.

Orlando was especially attentive and thorough which made our experience that much more pleasant.

The builder met each milestones in the construction process. Builder informed us of any delays and was able to make the lost time to complete the house on time. On few occasions, we had to follow-up with the builder.

We had a smooth home buying experience. No major issues and all employees were professional and friendly.
