We had a great experience dealing with our KHOV sales rep Joey. He answered all of our many questions quickly and kindly. We also really liked our builder Matt G. who went above and beyond in answering questions, providing information on our home, and solving any and all minor construction issues. Joey and Matt provided amazing customer service to our family.

We were very impressed with the attention to detail throughout the build process. The global pandemic drug things on longer than we have thoroughly enjoyed being in the home for the holidays. And the site manager (Alex R) was the absolute best. The regular communications and responsiveness to our questions helped ease any concerns that popped up.

The customer service across the board was outstanding! The seller, builder, home design center, and lender were great. The overall experience was top notch. I would definitely recommend K. Hov to everyone for their home buying needs!

Joey made the process of buying a home from K.Hov easy. He was there to answer any questions we had and responded in a timely manner. From all the horror stories I've heard from friends and family during the buying process I'm very surprised how easy this was for me. I have to thank Crystal, she was amazing very friendly, helpful and informative. I would also like to thank Geoffrey and Nick, any building issues that have came up had been handled timely and efficiently. I know I can count on any of them to help me at any time.

My kitchen island is spectacular and the focal point of my home! Carmel was a great sales agent and helped me choose options for my home that fit my budget. Both Pia and Ann at the design center were super patient with me. I put my money in my kitchen and really needed guidance with some choices. I was lucky enough to be the first person to choose new standard flooring that was just released on the other two levels of my home.

Excellent selection for decent price. You can do alot with space given.

We really appreciate the weekly updates that included a detailed message as well as photos. The walk throughs during each stage of the process were very informative and the Construction Managers answered all of our questions. The quality and workmanship of the house is amazing! Michael was amazing in helping me and walking me through all the options, being patient with showing me the homes, and being willing to be there throughout the decision making process. The construction manager Orlando was also amazing with hearing out any detailed requests and meeting expectations, and during the building, closing, and even after settling, he was very helpful in making sure things in the home were working out for me. Michael and Orlando showed that they care that I would have a home that I love.

This is my first house and I am stunned with how beautiful it is. The house looks great and everyone we've worked with has been attentive and very helpful.
