My wife and I were pleased with the house they built and outstanding customer service they provided throughout the process. The team was fantastic! They were very knowledgeable and determined to help us in any way they could. They worked above and beyond to ensure we had a quality home we were happy with. We would highly recommend K. Hovnanian for building new homes.

I never thought it would be so easy to build a house. They made the experience easy. Any questions I had, I received and answer right away. I would refer K Hov in a heartbeat.

Quality of the home is great.

Dave weaver our project manager is attentive, diligent, detail oriented, a kind person. He is a rear asset to the KHov family. What I love about khov home is the clever use of space, the light and brightness of their home makes it airy and brings a sense of calm. They use good quality products. Overall a great investment.

We were fortunate to work with the best team Becky, Allen (Dave), Jeff and Everett! Becky made our dream come true of owning the home that we loved the most. Dave, Jeff and Everett made the whole process very smooth for us. Even after one month after closing, they are still available and in contact helping us with some minor things. The house so far is the best among the ones we looked at and owned. The plan and design and quality is very good! Thanks again to everyone we worked with.

I am so pleased with the purchase I made with KHOV. They definitely want to do the right thing for the home buyer. Art was excellent with keeping up with the quality of the job performed. There were some minor things that were overlooked, but they were taken care of quickly and swiftly. I brought my realtor during my inspection visits to ensure I wasn't overlooking any details. The home buying experience was like no other. I was updated on a weekly basis the progress of my home. Everyone was very professional in their job. The level of materials down to the switch plates was excellent. My questions were answered in a timely manner. The personel at the design were a big help in picking out options. The builder pays a great deal of attention to detail

Good Service

Since the initial meeting with the sales representative, my wife and I have been extremely pleased on our choice to buy a home built by K. Hovnanian. We were kept informed throughout the process and everyone that we worked and communicated with have been very pleasant and total professionals. Even after moving in, we have been contacted and continuously asked 'If all was well with the home?' We have nothing but great comments and do feel like we bought into a new family.

Obviously there are a lot of good things about this builder. The things that i liked most: 1- Affordable price 2 - Responsive 3 - Straightforward process 4 - Helpful people Thanks for the sales and construction team for helping us make our dream a reality.
