K. Hovnanian Homes has been a god send. When I walked into the office and met Crystal, I had so many doubts and fears about buying a home on my own. When COVID-19 hit, I didn't know what to expect.. From the beginning Crystal has been such a joy to work with and has encouraged me every step of the way. When she introduced me to Alex, his encouraging smile and expertise on my home, made me know that I was working with a great team. I am in my "Blessing", and I thank God for the great people that stood by me during this awesome journey. You are a five star in my book.

We have been looking at Villas in Frederick County for the past 2 years and this one provides us with the best bang for the money.

The KHov team has been awesome to work with. They have been responsive to our few issues.

The process of buying the house was very smooth. Extremely Satisfied with the house. Visits to the design center were helpful in making our decisions as to what we wanted in our first house. Sales and Construction teams were on top of everything. They were able to update us about the status of the house even during the pandemic. Initial and final inspection were very thorough. Delivery timeline was accurate. The house came out just the way we wanted.

We bought a new home with my daughter. It was her first home buying experience. The sales and selection process was very well handled by the Sales Manager, Richard and Design Consultant, Pia. James, the superintendent/builder was outstanding. The home was beautifully built and the couple of minor items were corrected prior to closing. He was very patient demonstrating the function of the home and systems. High quality, great experience from contract signing to closing.

The team was friendly, knowledgeable, easy to reach, and responsive.

Sale center, design center, construction manager were all amazing and accommodating people. Pleasurable experience, too bad I can't buy another. 10/10 would recommend again.

Everyone was super helpful and when there were a few issues they jumped right on it. I would like to give a shout out to Beth and Orlando for always being on top of things.

Our sales guy was so responsive and communicative every step of the way he really helped make us comfortable with this whole thing. Our build site manager is the sweetest guy on the planet you can really tell he just interested in making a quality home for the customers that they are happy with and will go above and beyond to make sure they're happy.

Khov staff are very professional and caring. The homes are excellent quality. I was kept informed throughout the process. The main sales office staff are wonderful people. They are highly flexible and easy to get to know our wants and needs. The Construction Manager goes above and beyond just to make things right and very accommodating. They give us a heads up on what to expect now and later and what the final product will eventually look like so we're not emotionally exhausted in the process. It's a very comforting and exciting experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new construction home. KHOV and their team was AWESOME!!!! Me and my wife had a smooth experience in purchasing our first home together. KHOV provided detailed information from the very beginning, from selecting the floor plan, ground breaking, design center, pre-drywall meetings to the closing date.
