We bought the Model home, and the quality and speed of service we received after we moved in was outstanding.

My wife and I had been looking at houses in Northern Virginia all day with no luck. No one was building the type house that we wanted. The last house that we looked at was a model home in Melody Farms built by K. Hovnanian. When we walked in the door we knew this was the house for us. It was big and beautiful with all the options that we have dreamed of. It had a super kitchen, a large two story Great Room and a Basement that would make any man happy. We really love our new home and beautiful community. It has been a wonderful experience working with the entire KHOV family. It has truly been a blessing to work with such an exceptional team. The love and professionalism they have shown toward us from day one is awesome! I am especially grateful to Tara, Dave, and Ann they are truly the greatest. I really appreciate all of the personal time and and care they gave us and all of their expertise. This really meant a lot to us.

I would highly recommend KHovnanian Home Builders to anyone who wants to purchase a new home. We expected the process of building our first home to be extremely overwhelming and were hesitant to begin the process, however we were supported 110% of the way from start to finish. From the sales person who went out of her way to provide support and superior customer service, to the design center where we were able to choose all of our finishes. We were able to work within a budget we could afford and couldn't be happier with the value, craftsmanship, and quality of our new home. We still can't believe we own our first home and are stunned at how beautiful it is. Initially, we had a great deal of anxiety, but the loan officer was able to answer our questions and was more than helpful. When closing on our new home, I had to close without my husband who couldn't be there, however the process went very smoothly and I was in and out of the closing without any issues. Best of all, I cannot forget the Senior Community Construction Manager. He was thorough, obsessive compulsive about every single detail and was always available to me for everything. If I ever had any issues, he took care of them immediately. Each of the meetings I had with him were informative and I always left feeling good about the process. Our home was delivered in time to meet our personal request, as we were nearing the end of our lease. We were pleasantly surprised each and every time we visited our home through the building process, and we couldn't be happier today! The construction manager still continues to reach out to make sure we are happy, and we sincerely appreciate his outstanding customer service! The entire process from first visiting the properties thru financing, closing and follow up after the sale has been easy. Responsive to inquiries and the few minor issues that needed attention. The team of Tricia, Kristen and Arthur do an outstanding job.

This was our first new construction build and we could not have been more pleased with the entire process. Throughout the build, we were kept abreast of all developments. Very pleased with the experience.

When it comes to buying a house it is not an easy process... We were looking for months until we met Crystal. She made the process unforgettable and for that we are truly grateful.

This was my first time purchasing a home. I was nervous because people told me horrible experiences that made me scared. My experience was completely opposite, just amazing. My first contact with the company was Crystal. She made things easier than it actually is ....which really made the difference. She gave us hope when we thought there was no hope...She gave us the impression "you can do this" and sure we did. She was our first rock and source of inspiration. Without putting full names out there, Ava, Lisa our loan processors, and Alex my builder who put the pieces together to give us this astounding architecture that we now proudly call "our Home". We had never heard of KHov prior to our purchase but I can't imagine any other builder treating us better. The first time my wife and I met Gene, he made is feel totally comfortable and was able to give us details about any of the builds, finishes, and even mortgage advice. Super knowledgeable and he really made us feel like family. Like we weren't just buying a house- we were building our forever home. The entire experience with Gene continued until the day we closed on our home. Even though he had left to a different development, he even came to our closing walk through and was there for every single question along the way. Same with the builder, Blue. She does amazing work and was so down to earth with my wife and I. She always gave us a straight answer and was always a delight to talk with. Even the design center was a breeze. Not once did anyone try to upsell anything, or convince us to go with something more/less expensive. Building a home can be scary and incredibly stressful but I would do it again in a heartbeat because of how amazing the team my wife and I worked with at KHov were. Even now that we've moved in we have easy access to Blue and even Shawn who deals with home warranties. I never once felt out of the loop in the process of building my home, which is exactly the way it should be. ... More

the quality of materials and workmanship seem to be above grade, and helps to provide the value I paid for. khov personnel from sales to completion (Tara,David,Todd) are great, they help with any issue that came up and establish the trustworthiness of my new khov home. therefore I would highly recommend K.Hovnanian Homes to everyone.

I was very happy with the building and sales process from beginning to the end. I wasn’t happy with Kham at all.
