We were very impressed with the attention to detail throughout the build process. The global pandemic drug things on longer than we have thoroughly enjoyed being in the home for the holidays. And the site manager (Alex R) was the absolute best. The regular communications and responsiveness to our questions helped ease any concerns that popped up.

Buying/closing experience went well. Builder was clearly rushed to deliver home. Items found after closing should have been addressed prior to settlement. Work towards the end was sloppy in places.

The customer service across the board was outstanding! The seller, builder, home design center, and lender were great. The overall experience was top notch. I would definitely recommend K. Hov to everyone for their home buying needs!

Joey made the process of buying a home from K.Hov easy. He was there to answer any questions we had and responded in a timely manner. Matt was super helpful in walking us through our new home and explaining everything about the home. He was very attentive in addressing things that needed corrective action throughout the process.

From all the horror stories I've heard from friends and family during the buying process I'm very surprised how easy this was for me. I have to thank Crystal, she was amazing very friendly, helpful and informative. I would also like to thank Geoffrey and Nick, any building issues that have came up had been handled timely and efficiently. I know I can count on any of them to help me at any time.

We love are new home.

My kitchen island is spectacular and the focal point of my home! Carmel was a great sales agent and helped me choose options for my home that fit my budget. Both Pia and Ann at the design center were super patient with me. I put my money in my kitchen and really needed guidance with some choices. I was lucky enough to be the first person to choose new standard flooring that was just released on the other two levels of my home.

Do not use their finance company. Quality of workmanship is terrible. Every door frame is in new home is damaged or chipped. Paint job for the whole house is the cheapest and worst out of the 4 houses we have owned. Multiple spots on the walls that were damaged were just painted over. To many issues to even list. The only reason they get one star is because of the kitchen. Best part of our new home. Over all I would recommend to look somewhere else if your looking for a new home.

Excellent selection for decent price. You can do alot with space given.

Great floor plans and locations.

We worked with Dwight the community Manger and also with Scott. Both of these guys were extremely professional and very good at their jobs. We would highly recommend KHOV to build your home. They truly care about the homeowners and will gonthebextra mile to deliver a satisfied customer.

We really appreciate the weekly updates that included a detailed message as well as photos. The walk throughs during each stage of the process were very informative and the Construction Managers answered all of our questions. The quality and workmanship of the house is amazing! I would definitely recommend K. Hovnanian Homes to anyone looking for great home designs as well as a great experience!

This is my first time building a new house. The whole process was very tiring and stressful but thanks to K. Hovnanian team, I got through. :-) The team is very professional and they are very responsive when I have questions (still now)!
