Nicholas, I feel very elated about the process from the initial signing to the final move in was very great. The quality of materials used is also commensurate with the value of their houses / homes. The builders team were always on top of things, they did exactly what they promised and also responds to issues even after move in, in a timely manner. I would encourage home buyers to know that KHOVANIAN homes have great sales persons and project managers who are willing to do anything within their capacity to help you get all need in your future home. I really had a great experience with KHOV.

Joe and James are great individuals. They're truly professionals and both made our experience great. Joe was amazing and was there every step of the way. James was extremely helpful once house was frame until now he still ask if we have any issues or concerns. This was an amazing experience!!!

If it wasn’t for Matthew, his hard work and attention on this project, I would have canceled after waiting OVER A YEAR to get my house. Everything moved faster once he arrived and I wish he was in charge of our building from the beginning. He is always available and doing his best to satisfy everyone. KHov should have more like him.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a condo in the Pender Oaks community. My sales agent, Joey was truly amazing to work with! He was attentive to my needs and concerns. He also responded to my questions within a timely fashion. Despite the delay in the home building process, the KHov team communicated frequently to let me know what was going on. Matt, the Construction Manager, has also been wonderful throughout this process. He's been here through every step of the way and has taken the time to explain the inner workings of my home and has even gone above and beyond to help resolve certain issues with the home. Having to wait for almost 10 months cost us a great deal of money and a great deal of anguish. The interest rate started at under five and ended up 5.5. Over the life of the lone that is a great deal of money. We bought the condo to be close to our grandkids. We missed a year of their life. It was very upsetting to keep your life on hold. My sister purchased a house three months after us and moved in three months before us. Some builders seemed to be able to get materials.

This has been the worst home-buying experience my wife and I have ever had. We felt we were lied to and manipulated by the KHOV sales team; specifically Joe’s. without considering its deceit's economic ramifications. This has been devastating for my wife and me. The KVOV Sales and construction team at Pender Oaks Towns it’s all about misinformation, untruths, and deceiving actions. I would never recommend KHOV.

I had a great experience with the sales offices - especially Joe. They listened and answered questions over and over again each time I asked with a smile. The construction team - especially James were amazing. Going above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with the work being done to the house. The only unpleasant experience was with the mortgage company through Khov in particular - Andrew. He was very unprofessional and did not have the knowledge and background to assist with a purchase that started in November and completed in July. I know that this review is to go over the home buying process however I just wanted to note the responsiveness of the entire team. Last week my asthma started flaring up to what I assumed were just seasonal allergies, Wednesday and Thursday being the worst of it. On Friday I happened to go into the basement bathroom and looked up to see mold on the ceiling, the cause of my asthma flare up. I call KHovnanian warranty to explain the situation and received a call not 20 minutes later from Derek that the community manager would be coming by to take a look. Nick arrived maybe 15 minutes later, took pictures and called back into Derek to say that yes it was mold. This all took place by 12:00pm on a Friday. By 12:30 Derek called me back to let me know that a plumber would be out to take a look at the situation. By 4:45 the plumber was here, had cut out the mold spot, found and fixed the source of the leak and let me know that someone would be back out next week to fix the wall. The response time for all of this was simply amazing and much appreciated. ... More

I was looking for house for more than 1 year I couldn’t find the right house that I was looking for, finally I found K Hovnanian homes. K H had a very nice and professional customer service they answer my all questions and I decided to buy new townhouse with K H. overall I am so happy and I had a great experience

He was superb and promptly addressed our concerns.

Did not go as well as planned but the major issues were with the Mortgage company. Way to many issues to list but it was an absolutely horrible experience. Some issues with the building process but that went pretty well and we settled on time. Mistakes were corrected and some had to do with supply chain issues.

The purchase of my very first home through this Builder was my worst life experience ever. I should have bought from Pulte, but could not get myself to part ways with this Builder's community's location, which I love. I still get nervous opening the door to the laundry room because all the machines together in the open like this look scary. I was also required to purchase a washer dryer for my condo, which was a nightmare of sorts. This too is another reason I physically get nervous opening the laundry room door to my very own home. The workmanship is horrible, and this condo is no longer a home I can imagine myself spending a decade in :( The move-in process was excruciatingly painful. I can't imagine what it will be like upon move-out when I actually have furniture :( I don't wish this experience upon my worst enemy, though I hope each and every person I encountered through this miserable process one day is on the other side to experience exactly what I did. ... KHOV made the process of buying a home very easy. Being a young, first time homeowner, they were able to assist and answer any questions I had. Communication was made easy as they were responsive via text or email

My experience working with Alex has been great. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with the entire home building process. He highlighted many great points and was able to answer every question that was given to him. Any issue that I saw, he immediately responded to it and addressed it. Overall, this has been a great experience.

Overall it was a good experience. For the Price of the home, not completing the mudroom bench the full 90" and not completing the wet-bar in the basement is a shame.

Susan was great from the beginning to the end of the home purchase. Orlando is also very professional at his job and he continues to assist with some home details that need attention.

We signed the contract with K Hovnanian Homes on June 2020, we just closed June 28, 2022. There was an issue between the developer and builder which caused the delay. Not K Hov's fault, but K Hov HQ could have accommodated this horrible experience. Ours is probably a rare experience. Our salesperson Don was always communicating with us, I feel bad for Don as he got the brunt of our anger, but such a professional and didn't avoid or shy away from our tough questions. Don took care of issues as quickly as he could and advocated for us. Once K Hov started and out of the developer's hands, the process was good. Our Senior Community Manager Alex was exceptional. Alex made the home build experience exceptional. Had we not had Alex our experience would not have been exceptional. Alex has always focused on making sure we had everything we needed and taking care of our home needs. Can't say enough good about Don and Alex!! Once we moved in very little issues on the build quality, I mentioned some erosion issues with Alex, and he took care of it immediately! Any issues, once I mentioned to Alex, he took care of it! If you're building with K Hovnanian all I can say is, make sure Alex is your Senior Construction Manager! Top Notch! The home itself, I'm extremely impressed with how energy efficient it is! It's awfully hot outside and our home is very comfortable, and the AC isn't running all the time. We love the home. Had we not had to wait a little over 2 years, I would give K Hovnanian 5 stars. McDaniel ll Townhome. This has 3500 square feet and a desirable floor plan. The craftsmanship was not what we expected for a Townhome in this price range.

We love our new home. Scott, the builder, was amazing to work with during construction and even now after we moved in!
