We are very happy with the purchase of our new home. The upgraded appliances are a nice bonus. The high ceilings lend to an open air feeling and brings in more natural light in the house which was important to the decision of the purchase. The neighborhood suits our needs with wide sidewalks for walking and bicycling. The clubhouse is fun. We are very pleased with the response of the K Hov team when we have an issue that needs attention.

Our sales person was wonderful, he went over every detail and sent pictures of ongoing construction. We were kept abreast of pending completion date and the necessary procedures needed for settlement.
