From the beginning of meeting the sales people and questioning what this area is like and what the homes were like and what all was involved we got a lot of answers upfront. I never once felt persuaded or intimidated to buy. I love the area and I knew I wanted to be here. I bought a home that was already built, and I never had to make any decisions as to what I was buying. And I still love it. As far as quality of what is in this home, I feel it is top notch for the most part. Was there hiccups?, sure. But what house doesn’t have that. So the people that fix the hiccups were super! I have no qualms about any of that thus far. I was truly scalable about getting one of these homes at the beginning, but because I loved the area I trusted the process and I am not looking back. Both my husband and myself are well pleased with the recent purchase of our new home in Four Seasons Carolina Oaks. We both are enjoying our new home and all that the community has to offer.

Great place to live in,. it's quiet and has a lot of activities for residents.

Sales was a no pressure experience. They fully understand this is a major decision and were their to answer questions and guide you. The process during and including closing was made easy. Everyone along the way was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The construction quality team made sure you moved into a perfect house in every way and provided their contact information in case you needed them. They explained where utilities were, how they worked and when to service. The also responded to any queries on items we were unsure how to work very quickly and professionally. The warranty process is also very efficient. Overall, we found the quality of construction and materials used to be top notch. You can tell K. We were not very sure what to expect because the last time we bought a home was almost 23 years ago but Cheryl at the Khov office make the whole process palatable and exciting. The whole staffs we had encountered during the buying process were kind and very professional.

Our sales agent was excellent. She answered all of our critical questions in a highly responsive manner with the highest level of integrity. Only wish that items like the finishing of the interior of the garage and backyard landscaping design had builder available options to make the initial delivery more turnkey. Just my preference.
