It’s been wonderful and really love my house….

It really wouldn’t have taken much for K Hov to at least MATCH the hardware in these new homes in Four Seasons. We have brushed stainless cabinet hardware, shiny chrome bathroom faucets, shiny and brushed next to each other in the bathrooms. Ugh. When noted on our issues with the home we were told “ the builder will not even address it” by the builder rep Our walls are so thin and lack insulation that we can hear the master bath toilet flush in our entryway!!!! Every finish is cheap and poorly done. Will never buy a home from this builder again.

Great home buying experience from sales contract, financing, inspection and closing.

Quality of materials and workmanship do not even come close to producing the “luxury home” level result that KHOV promotes and advertises. What the builder considers “contractors grade” materials, I would expect to see more fitting in an affordable housing project. This house (like all the others on my street) were built much too fast and we were pressured to close escrow quickly before solving all the flaws during the walkthrough. KHov does not stand by its product, homes. Their service orientation is zero and is more aligned with avoiding work. They are incompetent, lazy and in some instances outright lacking in truthfulness. They cannot be trusted and have no interest in the customer let alone doing what is right. Brian is especially bad and passes you to others with no sincerity. Really lazy and incompetent.

Good experience so far. We had issues related to the walk through and noted some things we wanted fixed. No follow up from the rep that was supposed to help us.

From Barbara as the salesperson, to John as the superintendent, to Froy in Homeowner Services, everyone has been accommodating, friendly and attentive. Overall the best home buying experience we’ve ever had. Oh and did I mention the home is beautiful? :)

Purchasing the home was a straightforward process. The homes floor plan is well designed but has some shortcomings in terms of quality. The Builder charges ridiculous prices for flooring and upgrades. The standard components used in the home are minimum “builders grade“ quality. For example, for all plumbing fixtures, cheap rubber hoses are used instead of metal mesh on all plumbing fixtures. This means years down the road these hoses could easily burst flooding the home and all of them need to be changed at the owners expense. The lots are unfinished, which is extremely costly. Buying our new home in Four Seasons at Terra Lago couldn’t have been a better experience. Everyone we dealt with from Barbara (our salesperson), Ross (loan officer) and Froy (takes care of any home issues) have been wonderful and professional. We love our new community and look forward to many happy years ahead.

We have had an amazing experience during the process. Wendy, Eric, Froy & Andrew have been very easy to deal with, responsive, timely and very attentive to all of our questions, needs and concerns.

The sales agents were outstanding and the service representatives were curious and responsive.

Builder's representative was not thorough or helpful and promises made were not kept. Overall quality of workmanship is below average at best.

The entire K Hov staff has been great to work with.

The paint and caulk work throughout the house is less than acceptable. Many of the windows have small cracks in the drywall. If you rub on the wall the paint comes off along with the texture. The windows in the rear of the house were missing seals causing sand to come through the openings. The washing machine made loud noises since the first time we used it. No hot water to the main kitchen sink. The repairs are slowly being scheduled at this time.

KHOV chose to not close on time. Problem was that no one called to let us know. Our funds were in escrow early (the week before closing), so we thought there would be no problem. KHOV ended up costing us $1200 in extra fees for furniture storage and hotel room. KHOV told escrow that we did not want to close on the contract day. Never again.

The experience was smooth and easy.

The Hovnanian team was great to work with all around!

We enjoyed the friendly sales staff, Barbera Wagner, she was very helpful in providing available lot information. Tom, was thorough during our walkthrough education and provided service after our closing

it was great everytime we had questions or needed help thet were there.

Process was very thorough and follow up once we were moved in was great. Only minor fixes were required and they were addressed immediately. Very pleasant experience with the entire team at KHov.

Sales consultant was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and customer-focused.

5 days after move in all plumbing backed up. Emergency numbers provided didnt provide service. When plumber came out the next day he snakes the lines and all lines had construction concrete and debris in them. Obviously the builder did not snake the lines prior to selling the home.

Buying home was an easy experience. All went smooth. Only one complaint: air conditioner unit under master bedroom window. Way to noisy

I was taught to start with a positive, so I will say the sales staff at the on-site sales office was alway responsive and available. From there everything went down hill. Months of delays and poor craftsmanship has been then norm. After 3 months of ownership we still are waiting to have our house finished. Examples: first time the tub was turned on it flooded our main bedroom because the contractor forgot to connect the water. Our entire backsplash in the kitchen needed to be removed and replace due to poor craftsmanship, and we are still waiting to have our garage doors painted.
