Buying my new home was a very easy process. Kaci was my sales associate and she was wonderful! Everyone on the team was also very accommodating and friendly! Eli, the project manager was there to answer all of my questions and fixed the little kinks I had having a new build. I would highly recommend K Hov. Craftsmanship of the actual house is quality work!

The hoa is problematic. Far too many restrictions and impossible to deal with

From sales,to financing, to home warranty my experiences have been good. The buying process was easy and sales staff knowledgeable. Financing was a breeze and from application to funding it took only 10 days Finally the warranty work that I needed has been minor and done quickly and without any hassles. I love my new house with all the amenities, my new neighbors, and the planned activities at the clubhouse. I could not ask for much more.

Comments: 1) The carpets in the bedrooms are unnecessary. 2) The door of the toilet is too wide and makes it difficult to get in and out. 3) The air conditioner unit is too close to the bedroom window when it could be placed against a wall without a window. 4) One of the electric irrigation valves needs to reach the backyard. 5) Wooden fences need basic treatment to protect against moisture and pests. 6) A minimum distance of 10 feet from the fence should be maintained for planting trees in the backyard.

Positive experience

Garage Door Opener sounds horrible...very loud and creaky...makes me wonder if it will last long. We've had a lot of rain and while trying to sleep there are dripping noises which make it hard to sleep....Shower Pan potential slip hazard

Walk-through with building staff was excellent. Sales team needs to be better. They wanted everything to be for their convenience, not mine. They misspelled my name and members were on travel so there were delays. I felt rushed.

I have a deep appreciation for my home and the community surrounding it. However, the purchasing process was accompanied by significant challenges, particularly regarding communication. There were inconsistencies regarding the finishes and appliances included in my chosen model, as well as confusion about the pricing of the homes. Additionally, the orientation of my home on the lot is less than ideal, as accessing the backyard necessitates using a side door, which feels somewhat awkward. Upon entering the contract, I observed a concerning decline in the purchase price of the home, which dropped by 10% to 15% within a matter of days. This situation has impacted my overall trust in the process and has raised concerns, especially as I intend to make this my long-term residence. They are all talk and full of excuses. You will spend numerous hours waiting for repairmen who do not show up or have the wrong information. I will never buy a brand-new home again! Can't wait to see how long the list of one-year repairs takes!
