I’ve worked in real estate for almost 3 decades and KHov is well known. What was surprising was being treated as if we were the only home being built at the time. They have the main relationship with the appliances company. When there is an issue they should leverage their buying power in order to get results in a timely fashion. Two months later, we still do not have a working oven.
