We love our new home and the community! Those in charge have been very kind and responsive to all the needs we have had. We would highly recommend a home here.

The one thing I can say about Khov is they listen to the home buyers concerns and respond processionally. The reason why I gave 4 stars to the buying experience was due to the very long time it took to get the permits to start my home . This was a developer issue , not a Khov issue. Khov did keep me informed throughout the wait. During that time I was able to make some upgrades that I may not have taken advantage of if the build happened quickly. So far there have been a couple of warranty issues that have been handled swiftly by the Khov team. Overall I am satisfied with service and the house. Would have preferred to have more flexible in the section and basic options, e.g location of electrical outlets, switches. Pre wiring for surround sound. I am sure if the heating system has the capacity to equally heat the entire house.

Hello I moved in November of 25, I am sorry to say this has not been a good experience, it seems the focus is on Speed not quality Just to name a few Microwave Was faulty: had construction dry wall in vent Paint wasn't completes in varying spots The massive cracks going down the basement stairs allow light to show through Deck and stairs on rear of house are slanted and getting worse Shower pole for Bathroom 1 was broken never repaired The way Sod / Grass is laid you will twist your ankles ground is not even Not a good experience with the 2nd installed sales team after Barbara was switched from assisting me thats where the Down Hill started and its getting worse daily ... The entire process from purchase to move in went smoothly, with no delays. Our interactions with the builder’s team has been excellent. They respond to you in a prompt manner, always courteous and professional. Most importantly they deliver on their promises and keep you apprised of the status of any issues. My family loves the new home and we see ourselves enjoying living here for many years.

We bought our forever home recently with KHov group and the whole experience was pleasant. All paperwork dealt in a timely fashion. Prompt responses from the warranty team has been a wonderful support. Thank you!

My experience was very great from the moment I walked in. I knew that this is where I wanna buy my house. The sales person was great. She explained every detail she left no stones on turn no surprise The project manager was wonderful very smart very intelligent knowledgeable We got weekly updates on the house from the moment the site was clear until we close I would recommend Khovto anyone.

My overall experience was good. I had very little problems when it came to closing they kept me abreast of everything that was happening and I think that the Khov is a wonderful company to buy a home with thank you

There were a few issues and just general questions after the final inspection. Responsiveness to all concerns was immediate and without question. Thank you for all your help and support.

The build process interactions with construction foreman and sales people were good and provided an idea of progress from design towards completion. The lot premium was a bit excessive considering the highway noise. Then we were not allowed to specify materials which would remediate it, without changing the appearance. The sales/ construction team dropped the ball on the number of gas taps and forced us to use their electric appliances which altered the back up generator requirements. The Media port installations used twice the amount of materials that were required and used miniscule wire gauge for the speakers, which limited the low frequency response of the speakers. The responsiveness of the construction crew to issues and questions was excellent. Explanation of construction progress and reviews were also excellent. Delivery was smooth. Our experience was fantastic. The sales team was very accommodating. The Construction supervisor was a "10", explaining everything. They stand behind their product!

Great experience from start to finish. Love our new home and the community/location. Couldn’t have asked for better people than, Eban, Coop and Brian to work with, kept us informed at every step of the process. Looking forward to many happy years here.

We moved in to our new home in December. Barbara and Coop were great to work with. They had answers for most of my many questions and the ones they didn't have answers to they researched and got back to me.

Trustworthiness 1 star is for their finace company only! Without our abuse we received for financing the overall experience would be 5 stars. Huge mistake choosing Hovnanian American Mortgage to save 35,000 in building costs. Quoted 10 year mortgage at 5.6% and weeks before closing got call saying that’s expired and the best we can do is 20 years at 8,25 820+ credit score and 70% down. Then they delayed our closing to the day before Thanksgiving because we opened a Costco card and put down 1500 extra interest that we earned while waiting for closing. Had to cancel family plans for Thanksgiving, reschedule movers, deliveries and contractors. Buyer beware if you use their financing option. They sold the loan within 30 days. Our project manager has been tremendous and very responsive, which has been good, but we have had SO many issues that stem from poor workmanship and materials. Our "upgraded" kitchen cabinets are flimsy at best and the quartz is extremely poor quality, but we're stuck with them. We've had a foundation leak, a plumbing issue that led to a flood and mold in the basement, improperly finished ceiling tape/mud which led to our ceilings having to be completely redone, a broken garage door, dishwasher, and fireplace. In addition, the caulking throughout the house is inferior and we have a lot of squeaky floor joists. All this and we haven't lived here for 3 months yet. We have bought four new construction houses and this one, BY FAR, is the most poorly constructed. That said, the builder has built a wonderful neighborhood that we love and a good floorplan. If we would have known what we know now, we would have gotten standard everything and then hired contractors to put in a kitchen, floors, and bathrooms. ... More

I had a great experience purchasing my new home from picking out a lot to moving and getting settled. I received a good quality home with great finishes. Minor items were addressed immediately. The willingness to work with me in achieving the house I wanted was wonderful. The construction team was always available to answer my questions and address my needs. I would recommend Khov to my friends and family.

Excellent people to work with when we went thru the house inspection. Aiden was a great rep for Hovnavian and showed us the house and went over all working items.

I appreciate the post sale services. The service manager responded my requests promptly, he and his team fixed the problems immediately upon my requests with the professional qualities and attitudes. I have bought 2 times of new home from K. Hovnanian in different communities and the post sale services are super.

Space is laid out well.

The construction time was smooth thanks to John our appointed go to guy. There were hiccups along the way but he responded to us promptly and fixed any issues. This would have been a much better experience if our sod was better and yard was attended to better. Sod was such low quality it is taking a long time to get it to grow etc. Also had a lot of dead grass when I moved in. Landscaper not good at all. Choices of plants and trees were awful and well as well he placed the trees in the backyard. I almost walk right into them when I walk out my porch.
