Great experience from start to finish. Love our new home and the community/location. Couldn’t have asked for better people than, Eban, Coop and Brian to work with, kept us informed at every step of the process. Looking forward to many happy years here.

We moved in to our new home in December. Barbara and Coop were great to work with. They had answers for most of my many questions and the ones they didn't have answers to they researched and got back to me.

Excellent people to work with when we went thru the house inspection. Aiden was a great rep for Hovnavian and showed us the house and went over all working items.

I appreciate the post sale services. The service manager responded my requests promptly, he and his team fixed the problems immediately upon my requests with the professional qualities and attitudes. I have bought 2 times of new home from K. Hovnanian in different communities and the post sale services are super.

Working with Eban and Clinton was a pleasure very professional. For Us the experience was great!

Receiving weekly text updates from the sales specialist with pictures was very helpful especially for someone who was not local.

I believe Eban and Debra are exceptional. Sales and project management at Baymont Farms are first rate. They both care about their clients. They are knowledgeable, honest and responsive. They were upfront about delays. They explained why a delay occurred, and the corrective actions taken to fix the issue.. I also have to mention Joe. We had a minor water problem in our basement just after settlement. Joe was on it immediately and stayed in touch throughout. He made certain we were completely satisfied. I think these 3 individuals are Outstanding!

The experience of building a new home with K.Hovnanian is they keep you informed, they always get back to you with any and all of your concerns. I like to thank Barbara, Eban & Debra for being the most supportive Realtors & Builder Supervisor to work with. This is my first homebuild and I'm happy it was this team. Barbara, I can't say enough how wonderful you are and wish you much success in your life!

This is our second K-Hovnanian home. I can say that the problems that we encountered with our first home have been addressed with the second purchase. We are very pleased with the quality and responsiveness. Buyer must be aware that K-Hov is not a custom builder and the number of changes that can be made is very limited. You must also be sure of your final options selections as again it is very difficult to make changes once the order is in. We found helpful to visit other developments with the model we chose to enable us to finalize our choices.

Eban was great all the way through. Electric fixed our problem. Premier has been helpful, John, Clint too. Pratik wouldn’t answer our emails or texts but he moved to a different job. Two important things had to wait until after settlement.

We had visited several other sites similar to ours within a 50-75 mile radios. We always returned back to K Hovnanian all within a four to six month period. We were able to walk through the model homes as often as needed for decision making; we were always treated as if it were our first time coming to the site. From the purchasing signature to the closing signature we were met with an above and beyond excellent customer service experience. We are comfortably happy that we settled in our new community at K Hovnanian and we have made recommendation to our friends who are in the market as well. We are very satisfied after one month

I had a great experience purchasing my new home from picking out a lot to moving and getting settled. I received a good quality home with great finishes. Minor items were addressed immediately. The willingness to work with me in achieving the house I wanted was wonderful. The construction team was always available to answer my questions and address my needs. I would recommend Khov to my friends and family.

My experience was pretty good. Being the first time purchasing a home to be built was pretty daunting but our sales person helped us very much. My biggest problem was that when viewing the model homes, it wasn’t made clear that almost everything I saw were upgrades and some touches weren’t available at the meeting where you picked finishes, etc. Tile in the shower was shown up to the ceiling with a border, but the borders shown weren’t offered and tile only went to the top of the shower door. The Project Manager, Sales, and Finance Team ensured that we achieved our key milestones during the home buying and settlement process, and the experience was smooth. We highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy a house in the Middletown area!

My favorite thing about the house is the kitchen. It is spacious with plenty of cabinets, drawers, and walk-in pantry. The granite island is beautiful and perfect for food prep or any other projects that require space. I love it!

Barbara is easy to work with. Drew and Deb are both extremely knowledgeable about the home building process and are very upfront. We felt informed the entire process.

In this time of uncertainty and pandemic, trust is extremely important. The K Hov folks kept us informed and up to date all along though we lived in Colorado. We are very happy with the way things turned out.

It starts with the Sales Personnel Mrs. Barbera. She was always available whenever we had a question from start to finish even when she wasn't working. That experience was so valuable to us because we never purchased a newly built home. We were told that we can visit at any time during the building process, but make her aware of those times because it may not be safe for us to enter during certain phases of the construction. We really enjoy our home and it is coming together with my wife's fabulous design capabilities.

Every one I deal with during the building process were always very knowledgeable and courtesy. I am very happy with the workmanship and quality of the home.

The construction time was smooth thanks to John our appointed go to guy. There were hiccups along the way but he responded to us promptly and fixed any issues. This would have been a much better experience if our sod was better and yard was attended to better. Sod was such low quality it is taking a long time to get it to grow etc. Also had a lot of dead grass when I moved in. Landscaper not good at all. Choices of plants and trees were awful and well as well he placed the trees in the backyard. I almost walk right into them when I walk out my porch.

The Covid virus outbreak precluded us from having a physical walk through inspection which would have probably taken care of a lot of things we had to discover ourselves. As such I do not blame K. Hovnanian for this. They did the best they can. Drew and Eban were very professional and responsive to questions. I was a little disappointed by the sloppy way the fire box in the fireplace was installed crooked. I'm still waiting for that to be corrected. My biggest concern is the sod lawn. It's the most lumpy, poorly laid sod I've ever seen to the point it is dangerous to walk across without fear of twisting your ankle. It's full of clover and large gaps. It will hopefully fill in eventually, but the sod in the models looks great. ... More

Overall, I believe the home buying experience was good. I believe, thus far, that K. Hovnanian is a trustworthy company to do business with. The sales personnel were very good and very responsive to questions and the disbursement of information. We predominantly worked with one particular individual and she was very good and very helpful as we had a lot of questions both before we decided to build and after we had put down a deposit to build. The design center person was also very helpful and informative and was easy to work with. There were some issues that we were a bit disappointed with...we believe that the workmanship that was demonstrated in the models that we viewed, both on site and at another site, was much better than our finished house. There are a lot of finishing issues that we believe could have been much better. As far as the responsiveness to issues, the jury is still out on that one. There have been a few things that have needed to be addressed and they service line has not been all that responsive. In addition, we were supposed to receive a login to be able to report issues to the service center within 30 days of us settling on our home...we have not seen that yet and it has been past the 30 days. ...
