We were very pleased by the home buying experience with K. Hovnanian. Our consultant was very responsive and helpful throughout the process of securing the home. The loan team was top notch and communicated well as we made our way toward closing. The quality of the materials used to build the home was great but finishes were a bit rough. We spent a great deal of time cleaning paint off the floors, doors, trim, and hinges after moving in. In spite of this, we feel we received good value for the price paid and we would look at K. Hovnanian again if we were in the market for a new home.

Great neighborhood, friendly neighbors. Great facilities, too. Got one of the last new homes in the neighborhood at a great price. House did not come with gutters, strange for a community in Florida where it rains regularly. Only downside was the lawns were not being kept up well by the builder/HOA. Not sure if lawn was diseased or not getting enough water. Overall experience was good. Despite minor flaws listed, it was at a price that was too good to pass up!

Quick turnaround time. Closed within the promised timeframe. Overall, it is a smooth buying process.

Buying experience was quite easy because we used KHOV recommended companies and we didn't have to go find closing and insurance companies on our own.

I was hoping by now items would have been addressed properly. 5 months into the home and some items are still not fixed or addressed appropriately. I am usually patient but it's been too long now and temporary fixes are not the way to go.

Wonderful experience from the sales consultant all the way through the construction foreman. And when we did our punch list all was taken care of in a timely manner. 3 months later and we love it!

The process was so simple, the agent and lead builder were amazing and was always ready to answer my questions

KHov team provided quality, professionalism, courtesy, follow-through and service from design to construction to post-move in. They are a bit pricey but well worth the money.

Beautiful home. Very friendly and safe neighborhood. The neighborhood feels secure with all the entry gates. Beautiful granite countertops, wonderful exercise room, great pools, tennis courts, etc… The floors are beautiful and blend well with the paint. Cabinets and cabinet drawers are wonderful. Master bath and closet are very nice. My only concern is the lawn care. Yard work is horrible.

Carlos, Korey and Kristen are fantastic. Would have liked to have seen a more polished and finished product when we moved in. Carlos and Korey are working together to get issues resolved.

Carlos was extremely helpful and informative for pre closing and even after The house closing staff was helpful and accommodating Even in switching our closing from in person to online and still making sure we had the keys (although only the master key worked properly- not a big deal we just made our own) everyone was professional I do wish they had concentrated on the old lake Wilson road entrance which still does not work fully over 3 months after we closed; I feel for those who closed even earlier Still I would heartily recommend khovnanium builders to all And have already done so twice ... All phases went smooth from sales, to delivery. Some items like sink in the laundry area, and some light switches were located not in the best pace Construction coordinators was very helpful

Everyone involved in our buying experience have been great! From sales to mortgage handling to construction manager communication to closing, everyone was excellent. The follow through on issues after closing have been prompt and complete. Especially pleased with Carlos, Otto and Nick.

Carlos and Scott were excellent keeping us up to date and answering all of our questions.

My home buying experience was less than ideal. Both my salesperson and my construction manager were replaced halfway thru the process. Although the kitchen appliances are very nice, the AC unit is rated "least efficient." I have had someone out here twice in 3 months due to issues with the AC unit. I am pleased with my neighbors and with the community center, including activities available. I would recommend Four Seasons with several caveats - buyer beware.

Our home-buying process with K Hov was a great experience. They were very responsive and fast and took care of any issues that we had.

My husband and I purchased our home site unseen. Paul, our builder helped navigate every step of the way and Curtis in the office couldn't have been any more responsive than he was. Very thorough on everything of importance. Top notch.

Curtis in the sales office made purchasing our home an easy transaction. Carlos made sure that all of our concerns were addressed and repaired, even after the home purchase was complete.

Too many defects, flaws, and construction issues for a new build home. Quality of products is very good, especially, GE smart appliances. A builder can install high-quality materials but if they hire the lowest bidding subcontractors to do the work or hire inadequate construction management to oversee the build, problems occur. Love the Sandpiper Villa but it would be a more enjoyable experience if I could actually enjoy living in it instead of coordinating repairs. The interior paint looks like a 5-year-old did it. Warped doors. A/C installation issues. Customer Service is responsive. Sales seem to tell buyers whatever they want to hear to push the sale. Buyers need accurate information and accurate answers to questions in order to make an informed decision. Giving buyers inaccurate information, intentionally or unintentionally, is a breach of fiduciary responsibility. ... More

I had a wonderful experience with the purchase of my home, they did a thorough walk through found a couple of minor issues that were immediately taken care of. I also appreciated the follow up visits to make sure everything was good! When I had a question and made a phone call I got an immediate response and really appreciated it!
