We had a great experience in picking out the model we wanted and its options. Our sales agent (Alyssa) was awesome. She made sure we knew everything we needed to know. Since our house wasn't a model, she made sure to show us on a regular basis the quick move-in house so we could get a great feel of what our house would look like.

This is a great place to live. The entire process was easy and transparent.

The home buying process was very easy. The salesperson, Pam, was very professional, kind and was always there for us if we had any questions. I loved receiving the weekly updates which included pictures. I highly recommend the K. Hovnanian home buying experience

My sales person was always prompt and thorough in responding to my questions throughout the building process. Issues found after moving in are reported by a mere, simple email, and result in very prompt fixes. The one time I felt I needed to esalate an issue, management hopped-on and resolved the issue immediately. I am extremely impressed by the service manager.

I cannot say enough great things about every aspect of my purchase and move in with KHov. Dylan (sales rep) so knowledgeable, and patient with all my Qs. the project manager was great, checked in with me along the way, They took pictures and kept me apprised as the house was under construction. It is really first rate, high quality. House was delivered earlier than expected.

The Company has worked very hard to deliver my house on time and certainly to have everything complete . I was able to move in several weeks early compared to the original projection at groundbreaking so that saved extra rental expenses . There have been some minor issues to correct , but Mike was readily available to review the concerns and have them corrected .None of those issues prevented me from full use of the house once I moved in .Now that I have all new appliances and new construction , I am no longer spending my spare time or weekends being Mr . Fix-It !!!

We had a great experience buying a new condo at Four Seasons at Kent Island. We were very impressed with the sales staff. George, Pam, and Dylan were all super friendly and helpful. We have a great view of the Chester River. From the beginning we have received quick responses from everyone we have worked with here. From sales to maintenance, we appreciate the feeling of being valued. We still feel like we are on vacation.

This buying and building experience was far better than anticipated. We've all heard the horror stories of working with builders - this was not the case here. We were kept informed throughout the process and while there were a few minor issues, the KHov staff was very responsive in addressing those issues - and continue to be after moving in. Would we do it again if we had the chance? You bet! How many times have you heard that?

He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and proactive with regards to the contract negotiations, options for the condo, and what to expect for closing. He was our go-to guy for getting information and answering our questions. The other Dylan, the project manager, was also extremely responsive and provided excellent customer service throughout the various walk-thrus, inspections, and issue resolution. We were looking for a 55+ community in the Annapolis, Maryland area, after researching and visiting several, we couldn’t have picked a better one than Hovnanian at Four Seasons. We absolutely love it here, the single homes are luxurious and large as well as the condos. Wonderful amenities and a gorgeous large clubhouse with many activities. Beautiful views of the Chester River, we enjoy gatherings with neighbors around the fire pits with the great views of the river. Would recommend it to anyone who enjoys an active life style.

Our realtor was fantastic... Dylan! Lou was very responsive to all of our asks. Great group of individuals... I would recommend this team to anyone.

KHov responded first thing Monday after a weekend notification that our fascia trim had come off during a storm. Workers came out the same week to replace the missing pieces. Only concern was that it was not correctly installed in the first place.

The condo is everything I thought it would be and I love it.

Sales person was always available to answer questions and was very helpful throghout the purchase process. All mortgage issues were addressed and assistance was provided when needed. All issues of delivery of residence were completed for closing of purchase. Would do it all again with K. Hovnanian company. A very positive expierience.

They made the process easy. The homes are beautifully designed. Lots of space.

We have not yet reported any issues and have been very satisfied. However we have a couple of minor issues we need to discuss so we are hoping these will be handled quickly and efficiently.
