We love our new home! However, we have a few complaints. They are as follows: - The appliances are of cheap quality considering we paid ¾’s of a million dollars for this home. The dishwasher especially is all plastic & noisy with a decibel level of 55. The noisiest & least expensive on the market. - The dryer door is not adjustable & each time you open it you pull the dryer across the room. - We have had 3 leaks since we moved in on April 12. Two were minor; we were able to catch it before any demand occurred. The third has been a problem. They needed to drill holes in the laundry & ½ ...

The buying experience was very poor as our Salesperson was not knowledgeable or proactive She was just interested in the "SALE". The build was fine, but the quality check and home intro process was not handled very well A number of smaller issues which should have been identified by KHOV. Also the intro walkthrough was not as informative as expected It was rushed and mishandled

This is the 3rd house my husband and I have built and unfortunately it was not the best experience. K.Hov skips way too many corners and doesn't pay attention to the details.

Home is beautiful. major issues are windows, insulation overall, and hot water pressures in showers.

Employees were wonderful. House is made of inexpensive material, ex. Truss roof, no mechanical attic vent, will inevitably lcompromise the life of the roof. compressed plywood. Hot water on demand was a good feature.

There have been over a dozen work orders filed to repair faulty/hasty installation. Some issues take on a life of their own and go on and on waiting for final results.

The sales process was poor at best. Salesman was either not knowledgeable about the product, lazy or downright deceitful. The number of “misunderstanding” were unacceptable. As to our home, it was rushed to completion to meet a fiscal year end deadline as its condition reflected it. To be fair most of the issues have been resolved and we do like our home and community. It is just a shame that the process was so painful.

as soon as I moved in had lot of issues some of which were resolved but others not yet. the quality of material used and the work is not par with the price I paid to purchase the house. disappointed with the crude workmanship
