The construction manager was really on top of the process. Always knew what was happening with the construction. Also answered my questions promptly. This is my fifth time building a new home and one of the best experiences.

The KHOV process from start to finish was a very smoothe experience! Our Sales and design teams(Monica B), Design team (Jocelyn R) did a super job in answering questions and assisting us in our selections. Our Construction Manager (James M.)went above and beyond in all phases ensuring all details were followed to a T as well as meeting our construction timeframes. Nothing but top level attention! Thank you all for such a wonderful home building experience. Would definitely highly recommend KHOVNANIAN as your home builder!

Overall it was a smooth and fast process. The associates are pleasant and easy to deal with. Concerns are dealt with in a timely fashion.

It's only been 5 weeks but so far our new home has lived up to our expectations.

At the meeting to review your new home a folder giving information about how to care for your new home and warranties would have been appreciated.

Quality of workmanship & Materials: Focus is not on Quality of Materials or workmanship but on meeting deadlines and passing inspections. Numerous homeowners in the development had issues we have discovered during their respective builds. We had an issue with the foundation. Our concern was either minimized or discounted altogether in terms of responsiveness until we called the home office of KHovanian in desperation. The matter was addressed after that. Overall the builder focuses on getting things done at the least cost possible. The mark up on the upgrades is considerable. Our builder was competent but not supported by adequate help and supports. KHov more focused on new phase when 30+ home are still not completed (no grading, no lawns, no irrigation, no landscaping, and still missing items that are part of the home after 30 days). After $$ is paid, KHOV interest is noticeably much reduced. Very impersonal after moving in.

We are extremely pleased with the finishing of our new home. Patience is certainly needed when dealing with a brand new community. Living with the noise, mess and inconvenience of heavy machinery operating continuously takes all our patience. It would be nice to receive some kind of weekly update notification. Communication is vital and keeps our impatience in check. We were unprepared not being able to access any of our yard while the grading continues but like seeing the progress.

We love our new home and community!

Working with James was a pleasure. He was very responsive to our questions and the few minor problems we had. He was quick to respond to emails. Receiving weekly emails on the progress of your home was very informative and appreciated.

From the moment we walked into the sales office through the build and our move in, K HOV's people have been wonderful to work with. Our Rep was great! Our designer was great! Our construction manager was great. We are very pleased.

My husband has a great deal of construction experience. He is very impressed with the quality of the construction of our new home. We are both thrilled with our interior and exterior finishes. My sister and brother-in-law have built a new home right across the street! This has been a family affair! From the beginning Lisa helped us so much in the plans and options! Also our construction manager James has been fantastic through this process. Both Lisa and James have been very knowledgeable and understanding with questions and concerns! We rate them 10+!
