We looked at many 55+ communities in our price range and found this to be the best value by far. The sales staff was very attentive (not a surprise) as was the construction team that followed up on everything after we moved in (big surprise!) Very happy with our choice!

The KHOV support staff was outstanding. Sales - Diana, Construction - Sean, Repairs - Alissa. All exceeded our expectations for professionalism, transparency, and customer service.

The builder delivered exactly what they promised but the most wonderful thing they have going is the people they hired.

Sales person was always available to answer questions and was very helpful throghout the purchase process. All mortgage issues were addressed and assistance was provided when needed. All issues of delivery of residence were completed for closing of purchase. Would do it all again with K. Hovnanian company. A very positive expierience.

My wife and I had an exceptionally good home buying experience with K. Hovnanian's Four Seasons at Terra Lago development. From the first visit with Allison, the sales person who became our main point of contact, to the actual move in day after the close of escrow, we found the communication to be excellent all the way through the process. Communication was the key for us, as we were also looking at resale homes in the desert area, literally for several months. We visited a number of 55 and older communities after we decided that was our goal--to live in a gate guarded, 55 and older community. We maintained communication with Allison throughout our search process, as we kept coming back to resale homes in the Four Seasons development. At some point, the development's model homes went up for auction, and we were successful in securing one of the homes after our bid went in. Allison was the person to inform us of our successful bid, and we entered escrow. When we were close to the closing date, Tom led us through the walk-through to insure that all systems in the house were either working properly or would be repaired if needed. Our experience for the most part was a very good experience. The sales person was fantastic! The project manager was very attentive, a great communicator and really seemed to care that things were done right. We have only one complaint and that was dealing with the design center on one specific item that we are still upset they would not comply with. The design center rep was very nice but absolutely would not allow us to have vinyl flooring in our greatroom/living room and back door. We were told its because they have to lay one piece without breaks and there is not a piece that will go from the front of the house to the back. Have flooring and not carpet by the back door was very important as we have a dog that we will let out that way and will get worn very fast. Then we moved into our home only to find out that there are several breaks in the vinyl from room to room. We are still very angry about this. ... More

Everything went well, and I was kept abreast of everything that was going on. I really appreciated that. The staff was excellent, any questions or issues that I had the staff took the time to answer and explain the process to me.

The purchase of our home was very easy and Wendy in the sales office was always available

Our construction manager sent us weekly pictures and updates since we were in Connecticut. He put our minds at ease with the progress of the construction

The builder and all personnel who were involved with the construction and closing of our home did an excellent job, in spite of extra difficulties created by the ongoing Covid pandemic.

I like to thank Barbara, Eban & Debra for being the most supportive Realtors & Builder Supervisor to work with. This is my first homebuild and I'm happy it was this team. Barbara, I can't say enough how wonderful you are and wish you much success in your life!

Wendy was AMAZING during the process

The dealing was great and we were kept in the communication sphere the entire journey. Very helpful and always there to talk and ask questions. We have not moved there as of yet and look forward to enjoying the Home.

Other than the problem is that the builder cannot control, material shortage and whether the process was very good. Frustration with delays were not anything that could be laid on the builder since the whole world is dealing with these issues.

From the beginning the buying and building process was thoroughly explained and we were kept in the loop on every step. The pandemic slowed things down significantly but that could not be helped and in the end, the timing was perfect for us. I love the layout of the home and the rooms are very spacious. The design center experience was fun and the choices available for cabinets, countertops, floors etc were plentiful without being overwhelming. The community is beautiful. The club house is amazing and there are so many activities to choose from. The Lewes location is perfect. So easy to get around to supermarkets, stores, etc. We’re very happy here! ... More

The best decision ever made was building a new home at four seasons. Great home, great neighborhood, amenities etc, Very much a community

Overall it was a smooth and fast process. The associates are pleasant and easy to deal with. Concerns are dealt with in a timely fashion.

This is our second K-Hovnanian home. I can say that the problems that we encountered with our first home have been addressed with the second purchase. We are very pleased with the quality and responsiveness. Buyer must be aware that K-Hov is not a custom builder and the number of changes that can be made is very limited. You must also be sure of your final options selections as again it is very difficult to make changes once the order is in. We found helpful to visit other developments with the model we chose to enable us to finalize our choices.

Working with James was a pleasure. He was very responsive to our questions and the few minor problems we had. He was quick to respond to emails. Receiving weekly emails on the progress of your home was very informative and appreciated.

When Mike was our customer service rep, he was very responsive to warranty issues and getting trade appointments made. Since then they switched our rep to Kris. I have had two warranty issues with her, and both were handled with poor communication. That is why the lower rating in responsiveness to issues.
