At the start, it was very good. But once it came time for review of the construction sheet no follow thru was done. Issue was pointed out 3 times, before, during and before last 2 home previews. Told it was addressed after the first time it was pointed out, but not with us nor was it done right. The finance team was magnificent. Currently the warranty team is slow but getting issue addressed (Thank you). Over all experience, OK. We do love the location and the care done on the facilities and common areas.

My wife and I saw the sign and decided to stop and look at the models. The sales staff was so inviting and helpful. The models were high quality and beautiful but we were not in the market for a new home. When we returned home we continued to talk about what we saw and returned to look again. Jennifer, our sales rep took time and was so helpful. Six weeks later we closed on our dream home. The entire process was effortless. Jennifer helped even before issues arose. We are so grateful for an stress-free home buying experience.

We absolutely love our new home! We’ve met som wonderful people. As with any new community I’m sure there’s room for improvement but we are happy we chose Four Seasons as our final & forever home

We were looking for a 55+ community in the Annapolis, Maryland area, after researching and visiting several, we couldn’t have picked a better one than Hovnanian at Four Seasons. We absolutely love it here, the single homes are luxurious and large as well as the condos. Wonderful amenities and a gorgeous large clubhouse with many activities. Beautiful views of the Chester River, we enjoy gatherings with neighbors around the fire pits with the great views of the river. Would recommend it to anyone who enjoys an active life style.

The project manager worked closely with us to ensure that everything was either perfect or fixes were prompt. He also identified problems that neither we nor our home inspector saw and fixed them too.

Quality of materials and workmanship do not even come close to producing the “luxury home” level result that KHOV promotes and advertises. What the builder considers “contractors grade” materials, I would expect to see more fitting in an affordable housing project. This house (like all the others on my street) were built much too fast and we were pressured to close escrow quickly before solving all the flaws during the walkthrough. Beautiful development with lovely residents. Most frustrating part was getting a response with a question during the buying process and after purchase if an issues was found.

Everything was moving along nicely and any issues were dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction. THEN, we closed and paid KHov. After that we were pretty much on our own. Items that were told to us after closing; Khov will deliver a new air filter after 30 days in the house. Never happened Khov will do a 45 day walk through to address any issues. Never happened. Showed the ceiling joints were cracking in great room area, Khov will get someone to fix the joints. Never happened. Irrigation did not cover entire yard. Area was 24 feet wide, Khov installed 15 foot fan head. That left 9 feet of yard with out water. Sod died. Nobody would install the proper heads.Khov did not send an irrigation guy to correct. ( our neighbors on both sides have rotator heads covering the wider yards, our yard had a fan head. Khov would not fix it, an employee recognized it was wrong and worked hard to help. Washer and dryer are not side by side, there is a huge gap between them. Hookups in the wall were installed too far apart. Again. We were told that it would be checked out to see what can be done. Never happened. Seems to me that Khov did about anything to close our house and get paid. Once they received the money, we were not that important anymore, Always about the money, do whatever to get the money, once you get it, no urgency or concern. ... More

The #Warranty team is top-notch anytime I have a problem I fill out a request and they are back at me within 24 to 48 hours and the problem is fixed within 2 to 3 days the building manager Mike is also top-notch five stars for always helping me out and stopping by even when the project is done and asking if I need anything

Great staff that provide personalized service

This is the 3rd house my husband and I have built and unfortunately it was not the best experience. K.Hov skips way too many corners and doesn't pay attention to the details.

Forrest is the go to person for things on my house that are not working. He is quick to respond, listens carefully to what is wrong and schedules. Workman needed in a timely manner. I have a whole year to make sure everything is working, which takes a lot of stress out of the homebuying. this attention to customer satisfaction. By K Hov Is impressive.

My sales person was always prompt and thorough in responding to my questions throughout the building process. Issues found after moving in are reported by a mere, simple email, and result in very prompt fixes. The one time I felt I needed to esalate an issue, management hopped-on and resolved the issue immediately. I am extremely impressed by the service manager.

Ww moved in 3 months ago and are enjoying our new home. We have experience greta service and care with every need. Job well done!

KHov is very well organized and got everything down to make the process very smooth

Warranty service is sketchy so far. I have additional warranty issues but I am reluctant to report.

Highly recommend KHov. We are so very happy in our new home.

The buying experience was very poor as our Salesperson was not knowledgeable or proactive She was just interested in the "SALE". The build was fine, but the quality check and home intro process was not handled very well A number of smaller issues which should have been identified by KHOV. Also the intro walkthrough was not as informative as expected It was rushed and mishandled

Great experience from start to finish. Love our new home and the community/location. Couldn’t have asked for better people than, Eban, Coop and Brian to work with, kept us informed at every step of the process. Looking forward to many happy years here.

Khov is a good company but needs to be more attentive to the details - big and small. We love our home and our Community but Khov is struggling with growth issues. Our community infrastructure (pools, courts, exercise facilities, landscaping, lakes and irrigation is struggling due to lack of maintenance management by Khov and the property management company. The handover by Khov six months ago to the HOA has been poorly handled with financial, accounting and maintenance irregularities - the end result being special assessments on the backs of home owners. With a little bit of planning, better record keeping and competent management by the property management company over the years this could have been avoided. Get your act together Khov and protect your wonderful reputation. We your customers and you deserve it! ... More

I cannot say enough great things about every aspect of my purchase and move in with KHov. Dylan (sales rep) so knowledgeable, and patient with all my Qs. the project manager was great, checked in with me along the way, They took pictures and kept me apprised as the house was under construction. It is really first rate, high quality. House was delivered earlier than expected.
