Worked closely with Project Manager Matt who kept me informed of supply issues during a very trying time to build a house. He followed up on all issues that were pointed out during the process and delivered a superior product! Very pleased with my home.

Five weeks after closing there is still no garbage bin or pickup. Have had to run it down to the dumpster several times!

Our experience is very good overall, everyone we have dealt with has been responsive and helpful. We had to adjust our closing date (sooner) because of a medical issue my wife had, and they went through hoops to make it happen. Thanks,

In general the overall experience was very good. Khov kept us informed of the progress all along the way. The designs they offered were really good. The final product met our expectations. I will say that the quality of items such as window sills(particularly the edges) and painting could have been better. Additionally, it takes a long time for punch list items to get addressed. Also, for some reason the garage is not painted. For the price of the home, painting the garage should be included. The only other issue is the actual option selection process. Several options we wanted we were told were no longer offered yet months later they still show up as available options on their list. ... More

The sales person was very responsive and always answered my questions within a day. She kept me updated and frequently sent me pictures so I could keep updated on progress. Although the final home was delayed that was due to material shortages. The assistant construction manager was very thorough and took lots of time with me during the orientation and final walk thru. I am very happy with the final product.

My building manager was great. Always gave me updates as to what was going on and if I found something that I didn’t think should be there I let him know right away. However, there are a lot of us who have not gotten our patios in nor yards grated nor yards and landscaping in and we are somewhat frustrated as nothing has been said to us as to when this all will happen and this is June now. Communication could be more clear and concise.

The paint was not of a good quality and the painting was not to what I would call a professional job.

Every personal touch point from the salesman, construction manager and all of the office/admin team were very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and prompt when addressing questions and concerns along the way leading up to our closing and complete satisfaction. Great overall experience and home value.

Check all construction details on walks through. Flaws will be corrected.

When our neighbors above us are walking around we can hear every step below. Very frustrated and we have considered moving because of the noise

If you are considering a Condo with One Floor living and The Four Seasons location is right fore you and your loved ones, ask for GEORGE. Allow him to answer your concerns and provide you with the info need to choose wisely.

I had a great experience purchasing my new home from picking out a lot to moving and getting settled. I received a good quality home with great finishes. Minor items were addressed immediately. The willingness to work with me in achieving the house I wanted was wonderful. The construction team was always available to answer my questions and address my needs. I would recommend Khov to my friends and family.

George was incredibly helpful during the purchasing process of my condominium. He was always available to answer questions and responded immediately to any concerns. I loved that he continued to follow up with me even after the sale of the condo. He is an asset to KHOV!! Dylan the maintenance manager responds right away to any maintenance issues. He is incredibly courteous and prompt. He is never ever annoyed when I email or have him address a problem.

My experience was pretty good. Being the first time purchasing a home to be built was pretty daunting but our sales person helped us very much. My biggest problem was that when viewing the model homes, it wasn’t made clear that almost everything I saw were upgrades and some touches weren’t available at the meeting where you picked finishes, etc. Tile in the shower was shown up to the ceiling with a border, but the borders shown weren’t offered and tile only went to the top of the shower door. Purchasing our new build home @ K.Hov has been an amazing experience. Wendy has been very attentive, kind, and informative. We honestly, stuck with K.Hov despite the COVID-19 delays, because of her. Sales process by Dylan has been extremely professional — attentive and transparent. Stephanie and Dylan at Homeowners Services take pride in solving issues — and they do. The opportunity for improvement is the sit down settlement. You should prepare a folder with labels separating and identifying each set of documents. We simply got a huge amount of documents that were not even stapled by category, and sorting it out by ourselves was not easy. It gives the impression you simply don’t care enough or you are saving money. Glad to talk about it.
