Beautiful community and wonderful neighbors!

George was incredibly helpful during the purchasing process of my condominium. He was always available to answer questions and responded immediately to any concerns. I loved that he continued to follow up with me even after the sale of the condo. He is an asset to KHOV!! Dylan the maintenance manager responds right away to any maintenance issues. He is incredibly courteous and prompt. He is never ever annoyed when I email or have him address a problem.

Tim has the buyers interests in mind going through the entire buying process. After the purchase, Tim made himself assessable addressing all issues during the building process and that occurred after the purchase. Future home buyers will be in very good hands having Tim as their builder.

The condo is everything I thought it would be and I love it.

I had a wonderful experience with the purchase of my home, they did a thorough walk through found a couple of minor issues that were immediately taken care of. I also appreciated the follow up visits to make sure everything was good! When I had a question and made a phone call I got an immediate response and really appreciated it!

Sales consultant was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and customer-focused.

My experience was pretty good. Being the first time purchasing a home to be built was pretty daunting but our sales person helped us very much. My biggest problem was that when viewing the model homes, it wasn’t made clear that almost everything I saw were upgrades and some touches weren’t available at the meeting where you picked finishes, etc. Tile in the shower was shown up to the ceiling with a border, but the borders shown weren’t offered and tile only went to the top of the shower door. It was a great experience with the journey of first time home buying process. Helpful land knowledgeable selling group made our journey quite easy and memorable. Thank you khovnanian family.

I bought in the time of covid, so everything was delayed. Not to blame anyone. In general everybody was very helpful and nice

We did not have major issues when we moved in. We met once a week with the PM and were able to review check the constr as it progressed Closing had some bumps. It seemed like communi issues related to the wording to appear on the title

The buying experience was great. We were kept informed of the building progress every step of the way. There were some issues after we moved in, but they are being worked on. Yes, we would buy from KHovnanian again.

Dominic and James were wonderful overseeing the building process and always answered any questions I had. I am disappointed in the upgraded appliances that I got. I was not told that the upgraded microwave was not 1100 watts. And for the extra money I paid it should have been. I am not happy that I have two sets of utilities in my front yard. It does not appear that any other property has this and I paid extra for my lot. I do love my house though. Never having built a home before I would have done things differently.

Overall we had a good experience

The KHov Sales Team was very responsive to any and all questions and issues. Once construction began, I was introduced to the Construction Foreman who stayed in communication with me throughout the build. As with any new build their are always mechanical and structure issues which the KHov is very responsive to. The only real complaint I have is the upgraded cabinetry that we purchased through the design center. It is flimsy and obviously slight in quality. Aside from that we are extremely please with our new KHov Starlight 39 home in beautiful Indio, CA

We understand supply chain issues. We understand labor issues. We understand nothing is perfect. That all being said we are enjoying are home and the neighborhood more and more each day. One quick note…. From the sales office to the construction guys out here on site they have all been great, a 10 rating to them all for putting up with us. Give them a raise they deserve it.

From the time we bought our house until we moved in, everything has been an excellent and seamless experience.

We looked at many 55+ communities in our price range and found this to be the best value by far. The sales staff was very attentive (not a surprise) as was the construction team that followed up on everything after we moved in (big surprise!) Very happy with our choice!

The KHOV support staff was outstanding. Sales - Diana, Construction - Sean, Repairs - Alissa. All exceeded our expectations for professionalism, transparency, and customer service.

The builder delivered exactly what they promised but the most wonderful thing they have going is the people they hired.

Purchasing our new build home @ K.Hov has been an amazing experience. Wendy has been very attentive, kind, and informative. We honestly, stuck with K.Hov despite the COVID-19 delays, because of her. She is fantastic and very professional. We would highly recommend considering purchasing @ K.Hov. Upon our final walk-through and move-in, Tom and his crew were detail oriented and extremely helpful. We are blessed to be a part of the K.Hov family. Thanks, Team!

The sales team was great. Very responsive. Same goes for my construction manager. Had some issues with the design center in the beginning. The trades during the construction process are slobs. They through their food on the property, basically all of their trash. More effort needs to control it. One way is to fine them. Once you start effecting their money, the habits will change immediately. Closed on the house a month ago, and some trim and minor punch list items are still not fixed which is frustrating.

Kelsey and Mike where fabulous. Anytime I had a question about the building process or timelines they were readily available. They went above and beyond in including me in the entire process. Kelsey is a wonderful advocate for the homebuyer.

Its was a fantastic experience, specially having a smooth transaction with a very profesional people i like the community too
