Other than the problem is that the builder cannot control, material shortage and whether the process was very good. Frustration with delays were not anything that could be laid on the builder since the whole world is dealing with these issues.

Our salesman AR did a great job listening to our situation and came up with a beautiful spec house for us. That made our choice easier to come to four seasons versus the other over 55 neighborhoods in the area. It’s an honor to be AR’s first South Carolina closing. Here’s to many more SC closings for you.

Rebekka, Kevin and Dillon have been wonderful to work with. Rebekka kept us updated as construction progressed. She even sent pictures almost weekly so we could be part of the process. All three have been pleasant and easy to work with. Kevin and Dillon have been responsive to any problems we have had since moving in. The only difficulty has been with the H OA . They have been hard to reach. We still have no trash cans or recycle bins and we have been here over a month. Would like to hear from someone soon

From the beginning the buying and building process was thoroughly explained and we were kept in the loop on every step. The pandemic slowed things down significantly but that could not be helped and in the end, the timing was perfect for us. I love the layout of the home and the rooms are very spacious. The design center experience was fun and the choices available for cabinets, countertops, floors etc were plentiful without being overwhelming. The community is beautiful. The club house is amazing and there are so many activities to choose from. The Lewes location is perfect. So easy to get around to supermarkets, stores, etc. We’re very happy here! ... More

The best decision ever made was building a new home at four seasons. Great home, great neighborhood, amenities etc, Very much a community

In general the overall experience was very good. Khov kept us informed of the progress all along the way. The designs they offered were really good. The final product met our expectations. I will say that the quality of items such as window sills(particularly the edges) and painting could have been better. Additionally, it takes a long time for punch list items to get addressed. Also, for some reason the garage is not painted. For the price of the home, painting the garage should be included. The only other issue is the actual option selection process. Several options we wanted we were told were no longer offered yet months later they still show up as available options on their list. ... More

They made the process easy. The homes are beautifully designed. Lots of space.

The sales person was very responsive and always answered my questions within a day. She kept me updated and frequently sent me pictures so I could keep updated on progress. Although the final home was delayed that was due to material shortages. The assistant construction manager was very thorough and took lots of time with me during the orientation and final walk thru. I am very happy with the final product.

The design team did an excellent job picking the most liked choices to install in my home. I loved everything

Really enjoyable experience, Wendy made the process easy and communicated progress clearly including picture of the progress. Great experience!

My building manager was great. Always gave me updates as to what was going on and if I found something that I didn’t think should be there I let him know right away. However, there are a lot of us who have not gotten our patios in nor yards grated nor yards and landscaping in and we are somewhat frustrated as nothing has been said to us as to when this all will happen and this is June now. Communication could be more clear and concise.

From start to finish I had access to the progress of the build. Andrew our project manager quickly responded to questions or concerns.

What really made the difference in the sale were two things: Our salesman, Tom, who has been kind and super responsive in resolving our concerns The Better Business Bureau rating for KHov was very good

Design of the home is perfect!

Overall it was a smooth and fast process. The associates are pleasant and easy to deal with. Concerns are dealt with in a timely fashion.

This is our second K-Hovnanian home. I can say that the problems that we encountered with our first home have been addressed with the second purchase. We are very pleased with the quality and responsiveness. Buyer must be aware that K-Hov is not a custom builder and the number of changes that can be made is very limited. You must also be sure of your final options selections as again it is very difficult to make changes once the order is in. We found helpful to visit other developments with the model we chose to enable us to finalize our choices.

The paint was not of a good quality and the painting was not to what I would call a professional job.

Every personal touch point from the salesman, construction manager and all of the office/admin team were very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and prompt when addressing questions and concerns along the way leading up to our closing and complete satisfaction. Great overall experience and home value.

Overall a decent experience. Great salesperson in Alyssa . Craftsmanship not great .

Make sure you check the drywall work very close there's a reason you can't use a light at walk through.
