We love our home. We had a few things that were not quite ready at settlement but were taken care of promptly. Dylan is an outstanding job supervisor. He took care of everything we needed done.

Our salesperson, Shannon, was excellent: Friendly, knowledgeable throughout the contract review process, follow-up and notably detail-oriented. Maintenance issues were made easy online and by phone with Paul and when meeting in person with Rich. Both were conscientious, went above and beyond, and wete also friendly. Actual "professional" maintenance work has been disappointing. One straightforward "fix" by someone with "many years of experience" was so amateurish and frankly wrong, that we will redo it ourselves. The other fix was made, but took longer to troubleshoot because of a lack of smarts. Online request made in Paul's absence, was responded to by Victoria, who seemingly misunderstood the issue raised, and while info was provided, the tone of the email response was borderline rude. I will try to deal with only Paul in the future. Overall, having moved in three months ago, we are very pleased with our home. However, before the eleventh month of coverage is up, we will hire an independent professional home inspector to identify any issues we are unaware of at present. ... More

The process was so simple, the agent and lead builder were amazing and was always ready to answer my questions

KHov team provided quality, professionalism, courtesy, follow-through and service from design to construction to post-move in. They are a bit pricey but well worth the money.

While the homes are beautiful the workmanship is subpar. Make sure you get an independent pre drywall and pre settlement inspection. Money well spent to ensure issues are documented.

The paint and caulk work throughout the house is less than acceptable. Many of the windows have small cracks in the drywall. If you rub on the wall the paint comes off along with the texture. The windows in the rear of the house were missing seals causing sand to come through the openings. The washing machine made loud noises since the first time we used it. No hot water to the main kitchen sink. The repairs are slowly being scheduled at this time.

For a huge company, K Hov does a great job. Sales, service, and communication were all great. The build quality was nowhere near my previous build (Ryland). I attribute that to building more houses than competent tradesmen available to build. They are very responsive to any issue, so buy the house with it's faults, and they will all be fixed, no problem.

I am very happy with my home and attention to my few concerns with new home issues. My 4 star rating on workmanship and materials seeks to address the need for higher quality paint. For my house, the trim paint is such that it peels away from the surface. Very gummy. Trim paint quality and quality of painter is sub par.

KHOV chose to not close on time. Problem was that no one called to let us know. Our funds were in escrow early (the week before closing), so we thought there would be no problem. KHOV ended up costing us $1200 in extra fees for furniture storage and hotel room. KHOV told escrow that we did not want to close on the contract day. Never again.

Very pleased with my overall experience with kovnanian homestead homes. They made the proceed simple and easy, Jennifer our consultant was very helpful & friendly

After our salesperson helped us select the best model to meet our needs (in person), we began the process from 770 miles away. We did a virtual design meeting and then he kept us up-to-date with regular emails and progress photos from there. We had a awesome project manager who worked tirelessly to meet deadlines, ensure quality, and pass inspections. He even followed-up with us weeks after closing to ensure we were doing OK. Post-closing, any corrections were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction by our warranty manager using an organized ticket tracking system with regular follow-ups through completion. I had a great experience purchasing my new home from picking out a lot to moving and getting settled. I received a good quality home with great finishes. Minor items were addressed immediately. The willingness to work with me in achieving the house I wanted was wonderful. The construction team was always available to answer my questions and address my needs. I would recommend Khov to my friends and family.

We definitely recommend Hovnanian homes. The floor plans are very functional and the style and design elements are beautiful.

We had the most amazing salesperson! Kelly walked us through every step of the process! We were told it would be 9 months for our build and the house was done a bit early. The communication throughout the process was very professional. Loved the weekly phone calls and pictures. We were out of state buyers and felt informed every step of the way. I have never been contacted after i placed a reminder ticket! I just want what i paid for and was promised multiple times.

After selling a house was able to buy and settle relatively quickly at 4 Seasons. Quality of new construction only fair, though upgraded appliances quite nice

I cannot say enough good things about our building experience. Kathy helped us every step of the way, and Terry was there to help us navigate through the construction process. Nicole was so helpful in the design portion, helping us make wise choices with an attention to detail. We are now in the home of our dreams and look forward to getting to know our neighbors.

Excellent people to work with when we went thru the house inspection. Aiden was a great rep for Hovnavian and showed us the house and went over all working items.

Rick our sales consultant was very good and helped us with information and decisions we initially had to make and progress updates. Rosa was very helpful with our interior selections . Zack our construction manager was awesome He was a pleasure to work with. He gave us timely progress reports at every stage of the construction. Zack attended our two independent inspections during which he was very knowledgeable and receptive to correcting any issue . Zack made the lengthy process of construction much less stressful .

The service dept and sales dept they were all very good. my sales rep Liz was excellent. and the warranty dep they were very good also.

This was a challenge for us and the folks helping us did their best to make it successful.

The sales team Susan and Denise were great ,they were always there to help. Rick, Phil , Adam and John were also very helpful with various little issues with my home build.

Great experience start to finish. Ryan was so helpful in explaining everything to us and making sure all of our needs and request were addressed in a timely manor. He was professional, polite and very efficient in getting things done.
