George was incredibly helpful during the purchasing process of my condominium. He was always available to answer questions and responded immediately to any concerns. I loved that he continued to follow up with me even after the sale of the condo. He is an asset to KHOV!! Dylan the maintenance manager responds right away to any maintenance issues. He is incredibly courteous and prompt. He is never ever annoyed when I email or have him address a problem.

My experience was pretty good. Being the first time purchasing a home to be built was pretty daunting but our sales person helped us very much. My biggest problem was that when viewing the model homes, it wasn’t made clear that almost everything I saw were upgrades and some touches weren’t available at the meeting where you picked finishes, etc. Tile in the shower was shown up to the ceiling with a border, but the borders shown weren’t offered and tile only went to the top of the shower door. Purchasing our new build home @ K.Hov has been an amazing experience. Wendy has been very attentive, kind, and informative. We honestly, stuck with K.Hov despite the COVID-19 delays, because of her. She is fantastic and very professional. We would highly recommend considering purchasing @ K.Hov. Upon our final walk-through and move-in, Tom and his crew were detail oriented and extremely helpful. Sales process by Dylan has been extremely professional — attentive and transparent. Stephanie and Dylan at Homeowners Services take pride in solving issues — and they do. The opportunity for improvement is the sit down settlement. You should prepare a folder with labels separating and identifying each set of documents. We simply got a huge amount of documents that were not even stapled by category, and sorting it out by ourselves was not easy. It gives the impression you simply don’t care enough or you are saving money. Glad to talk about it.

Design of the home is perfect!

Our experience purchasing the home was terrific. The process was seamless, and everyone involved was professional and efficient. However, the follow-up after the ten-day inspection was not as efficient, as we are still waiting for something to be corrected after three months. The quality of the home is excellent, and we are pleased with our decision to purchase a K Hov home.

Quality would be improved if more time was allowed to work more professionally.

Our salesperson, Shannon, was excellent: Friendly, knowledgeable throughout the contract review process, follow-up and notably detail-oriented. Maintenance issues were made easy online and by phone with Paul and when meeting in person with Rich. Both were conscientious, went above and beyond, and wete also friendly. Actual "professional" maintenance work has been disappointing. One straightforward "fix" by someone with "many years of experience" was so amateurish and frankly wrong, that we will redo it ourselves. The other fix was made, but took longer to troubleshoot because of a lack of smarts. Online request made in Paul's absence, was responded to by Victoria, who seemingly misunderstood the issue raised, and while info was provided, the tone of the email response was borderline rude. I will try to deal with only Paul in the future. Overall, having moved in three months ago, we are very pleased with our home. However, before the eleventh month of coverage is up, we will hire an independent professional home inspector to identify any issues we are unaware of at present. ... More

For a huge company, K Hov does a great job. Sales, service, and communication were all great. The build quality was nowhere near my previous build (Ryland). I attribute that to building more houses than competent tradesmen available to build. They are very responsive to any issue, so buy the house with it's faults, and they will all be fixed, no problem.

Our experience with both our sales representative (Liz) and construction manager (Stefane) made this home building experience a good one. To the extent that we had construction issues, these two individuals helped us address and remediate them.

I bought in the time of covid, so everything was delayed. Not to blame anyone. In general everybody was very helpful and nice

The KHov Sales Team was very responsive to any and all questions and issues. Once construction began, I was introduced to the Construction Foreman who stayed in communication with me throughout the build. As with any new build their are always mechanical and structure issues which the KHov is very responsive to. The only real complaint I have is the upgraded cabinetry that we purchased through the design center. It is flimsy and obviously slight in quality. Aside from that we are extremely please with our new KHov Starlight 39 home in beautiful Indio, CA

The sales team was great. Very responsive. Same goes for my construction manager. Had some issues with the design center in the beginning. The trades during the construction process are slobs. They through their food on the property, basically all of their trash. More effort needs to control it. One way is to fine them. Once you start effecting their money, the habits will change immediately. Closed on the house a month ago, and some trim and minor punch list items are still not fixed which is frustrating.

Homes are very well made

Our salesman AR did a great job listening to our situation and came up with a beautiful spec house for us. That made our choice easier to come to four seasons versus the other over 55 neighborhoods in the area. It’s an honor to be AR’s first South Carolina closing. Here’s to many more SC closings for you.

Rebekka, Kevin and Dillon have been wonderful to work with. Rebekka kept us updated as construction progressed. She even sent pictures almost weekly so we could be part of the process. All three have been pleasant and easy to work with. Kevin and Dillon have been responsive to any problems we have had since moving in. The only difficulty has been with the H OA . They have been hard to reach. We still have no trash cans or recycle bins and we have been here over a month. Would like to hear from someone soon
