I cannot say enough good things about our building experience. Kathy helped us every step of the way, and Terry was there to help us navigate through the construction process. Nicole was so helpful in the design portion, helping us make wise choices with an attention to detail. We are now in the home of our dreams and look forward to getting to know our neighbors.

Excellent people to work with when we went thru the house inspection. Aiden was a great rep for Hovnavian and showed us the house and went over all working items.

Rick our sales consultant was very good and helped us with information and decisions we initially had to make and progress updates. Rosa was very helpful with our interior selections . Zack our construction manager was awesome He was a pleasure to work with. He gave us timely progress reports at every stage of the construction. Zack attended our two independent inspections during which he was very knowledgeable and receptive to correcting any issue . Zack made the lengthy process of construction much less stressful .

The service dept and sales dept they were all very good. my sales rep Liz was excellent. and the warranty dep they were very good also.

This was a challenge for us and the folks helping us did their best to make it successful.

The sales team Susan and Denise were great ,they were always there to help. Rick, Phil , Adam and John were also very helpful with various little issues with my home build.

Great experience start to finish. Ryan was so helpful in explaining everything to us and making sure all of our needs and request were addressed in a timely manor. He was professional, polite and very efficient in getting things done.

Beautiful home. Very friendly and safe neighborhood. The neighborhood feels secure with all the entry gates. Beautiful granite countertops, wonderful exercise room, great pools, tennis courts, etc… The floors are beautiful and blend well with the paint. Cabinets and cabinet drawers are wonderful. Master bath and closet are very nice. My only concern is the lawn care. Yard work is horrible.

Home is beautiful. major issues are windows, insulation overall, and hot water pressures in showers.

General consensus amongst almost every resident here is dissatisfaction with their homes. Some minor cosmetic whiles others experience numerous inspection fails.

The house we received was not equal to the houses we were shown and certainly not equal to the marketing materials and video. We are tremendously disappointed .

I live my home but the quality is more like a $300K house than a $700K house. Fixtures are off center, none of the walls are plumbed. I wanted to glaze my walls but they did such a poor job with the taping, muddying and initial paint that it look horrible. Putting up shelves is a lesson in futility because the walls are either conclaves or just plain crooked. Don’t get me started on the lack of ceiling lights. The Design Center prices are a joke … they mark up every 5 times the value.

Quality is definitely lacking in the build. I know it’s not a “custom” home, but that should not mean poor quality.

A bit sloppy on the cosmetic areas. Cheap landscaping.

We have had a great experience with the entire process. Extra kudos go to our salesperson Shannon, and also Caiden on the construction team who continues to be there for us 3 months in to ownership

Carlos, Korey and Kristen are fantastic. Would have liked to have seen a more polished and finished product when we moved in. Carlos and Korey are working together to get issues resolved.

We have nothing but problems since we moved in July, can't believe the poor workmanship and installation for the price paid for this house.

Very appreciative of Susan Brogan for her professionalism and help with our buying experience at Manalapan crossing and the entire team of Phil Machot, John Clarke getting any problems resolved. Thank You.

Zach was very nice to me every other week he would send pictures of the progress of my house. When I arrived he showed me around.

Overall workmanship and materials used in construction build have been very satisfactory. Khov staff and warranty personnel have been accessible and very accommodating.

Our salesperson made the buying experience very unpleasant. We had several issues with the build of our house, including a mold issue, which took over 6 weeks to resolve. Our house was not ready when scheduled, as a result we had to spend $8,200 for the month of June 2023 to continue to rent. KHov took no responsibility for this, nor did they try to expedite the delivery date in any way, in fact scheduling our settlement for the last day of June, despite our house being ready and our repeated requests to move it by even one day. KHov has also been very slow to respond to the numerous deficiencies in our house since we've moved in, and 3 1/2 months later there are still quite a few major items that haven't been resolved. Overall, we would not recommend KHov to anyone, because they have demonstrated over and over again that they don't care about their customers, despite them spending hundreds or thousands of dollars on a home. ... Carlos was extremely helpful and informative for pre closing and even after The house closing staff was helpful and accommodating Even in switching our closing from in person to online and still making sure we had the keys (although only the master key worked properly- not a big deal we just made our own) everyone was professional I do wish they had concentrated on the old lake Wilson road entrance which still does not work fully over 3 months after we closed; I feel for those who closed even earlier Still I would heartily recommend khovnanium builders to all And have already done so twice ...
