We had many questions and terry always answered and fixed very quickly. We love our new home

The Company has worked very hard to deliver my house on time and certainly to have everything complete . I was able to move in several weeks early compared to the original projection at groundbreaking so that saved extra rental expenses . There have been some minor issues to correct , but Mike was readily available to review the concerns and have them corrected .None of those issues prevented me from full use of the house once I moved in .Now that I have all new appliances and new construction , I am no longer spending my spare time or weekends being Mr . Fix-It !!!

We moved in to our new home in December. Barbara and Coop were great to work with. They had answers for most of my many questions and the ones they didn't have answers to they researched and got back to me.

Quick turnaround time. Closed within the promised timeframe. Overall, it is a smooth buying process.

Buying our new home in Four Seasons at Terra Lago couldn’t have been a better experience. Everyone we dealt with from Barbara (our salesperson), Ross (loan officer) and Froy (takes care of any home issues) have been wonderful and professional. We love our new community and look forward to many happy years ahead.

We have had an amazing experience during the process. Wendy, Eric, Froy & Andrew have been very easy to deal with, responsive, timely and very attentive to all of our questions, needs and concerns.

Having built before I was ready for timelines to change and for problems to take time to be resolved, but Kelly Nelson and Mike Dugan proved me wrong at every turn. They communicated every step of the way and followed through with any concerns. We love our new home!

We had a great experience buying a new condo at Four Seasons at Kent Island. We were very impressed with the sales staff. George, Pam, and Dylan were all super friendly and helpful. We have a great view of the Chester River. From the beginning we have received quick responses from everyone we have worked with here. From sales to maintenance, we appreciate the feeling of being valued. We still feel like we are on vacation.

The house has great finishing. Neighborhood is a pleasant place for living. HOA eventually will be better. Overall good place to be.

Wonderful experience from the sales consultant all the way through the construction foreman. And when we did our punch list all was taken care of in a timely manner. 3 months later and we love it!

The process was so simple, the agent and lead builder were amazing and was always ready to answer my questions

After our salesperson helped us select the best model to meet our needs (in person), we began the process from 770 miles away. We did a virtual design meeting and then he kept us up-to-date with regular emails and progress photos from there. We had a awesome project manager who worked tirelessly to meet deadlines, ensure quality, and pass inspections. He even followed-up with us weeks after closing to ensure we were doing OK. Post-closing, any corrections were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction by our warranty manager using an organized ticket tracking system with regular follow-ups through completion. We definitely recommend Hovnanian homes. The floor plans are very functional and the style and design elements are beautiful.

We had the most amazing salesperson! Kelly walked us through every step of the process! We were told it would be 9 months for our build and the house was done a bit early. The communication throughout the process was very professional. Loved the weekly phone calls and pictures. We were out of state buyers and felt informed every step of the way. I cannot say enough good things about our building experience. Kathy helped us every step of the way, and Terry was there to help us navigate through the construction process. Nicole was so helpful in the design portion, helping us make wise choices with an attention to detail. We are now in the home of our dreams and look forward to getting to know our neighbors.

Excellent people to work with when we went thru the house inspection. Aiden was a great rep for Hovnavian and showed us the house and went over all working items.

Rick our sales consultant was very good and helped us with information and decisions we initially had to make and progress updates. Rosa was very helpful with our interior selections . Zack our construction manager was awesome He was a pleasure to work with. He gave us timely progress reports at every stage of the construction. Zack attended our two independent inspections during which he was very knowledgeable and receptive to correcting any issue . Zack made the lengthy process of construction much less stressful .

The service dept and sales dept they were all very good. my sales rep Liz was excellent. and the warranty dep they were very good also.

Great experience start to finish. Ryan was so helpful in explaining everything to us and making sure all of our needs and request were addressed in a timely manor. He was professional, polite and very efficient in getting things done.

We have had a great experience with the entire process. Extra kudos go to our salesperson Shannon, and also Caiden on the construction team who continues to be there for us 3 months in to ownership
