I bought the Shoreline as it had the best floor plan. I was excited to be able to have upgrades, however, I had to drive to Sacramento (2 hours away) twice to choose limited overpriced upgrades. One the hone was started, I found I had to fight for work I requested. The most disappointing was the tile work in the guest bathroom and laundry room. The plywood used on the top of the vanity and cabinet is too thick. You can see almost a inch of plywood. I was told it could be patched..this was an expensive project so no I don’t want it patched. Unfortunately I didn’t discover this until after closing so I have to deal with the warrant company. The tile problem is also on the backsplash in the kitchen. Tiles are chipped, grout is sloppy. It looks as if a child did the work. The person in charge did a terrible job! Dealing with him is difficult. He works hard to not correct the work. The day after close the garage door didn’t work. Instead of replacing, he had it repaired. I’m disgusted with the shoddy sloppy work. ... More
