Rick our sales consultant was very good and helped us with information and decisions we initially had to make and progress updates. Rosa was very helpful with our interior selections . Zack our construction manager was awesome He was a pleasure to work with. He gave us timely progress reports at every stage of the construction. Zack attended our two independent inspections during which he was very knowledgeable and receptive to correcting any issue . Zack made the lengthy process of construction much less stressful .

The service dept and sales dept they were all very good. my sales rep Liz was excellent. and the warranty dep they were very good also.

Great experience start to finish. Ryan was so helpful in explaining everything to us and making sure all of our needs and request were addressed in a timely manor. He was professional, polite and very efficient in getting things done.

We have had a great experience with the entire process. Extra kudos go to our salesperson Shannon, and also Caiden on the construction team who continues to be there for us 3 months in to ownership

Everyone involved in our buying experience have been great! From sales to mortgage handling to construction manager communication to closing, everyone was excellent. The follow through on issues after closing have been prompt and complete. Especially pleased with Carlos, Otto and Nick.

This buying and building experience was far better than anticipated. We've all heard the horror stories of working with builders - this was not the case here. We were kept informed throughout the process and while there were a few minor issues, the KHov staff was very responsive in addressing those issues - and continue to be after moving in. Would we do it again if we had the chance? You bet! How many times have you heard that?

I have bought 2 times of new home from K. Hovnanian in different communities and the post sale services are super.

We had a fantastic buying experience! Dylan, the sales associate, gave us a thorough tour of the model condo and development. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and proactive with regards to the contract negotiations, options for the condo, and what to expect for closing. He was our go-to guy for getting information and answering our questions. The other Dylan, the project manager, was also extremely responsive and provided excellent customer service throughout the various walk-thrus, inspections, and issue resolution.
