It's only been 5 weeks but so far our new home has lived up to our expectations.

From our first visit to the model homes and meeting Amy D and then working with her we decided to go through the build process instead of buying a move in ready. Since we lived so far away we were very hesitant to build because we would not be able to fly in and check on progress and even do the first walk through to ensure things were going as expected...totally hands off. We did everything by phone and the weekly calls from not only our primary contact but the building superintendent made us feel that we had indeed made the right decision and were working with a team of people that really cared and took pride in making sure our home met our expectations. The final walk through before title was signed was beyond what we had even expected. I think we only found three very small things that we asked to have changed and one of them was just an uneven backsplash tile...nothing with the build itself or our selected options could be faulted at all. I could not be happier, the amount of professionalism by the sales staff (Julie), the superintendent (Robert) the mortgage team (Ross and Emily) exceeded my expectations. This is my second KHOV home - highly recommend. So far the warranty team has been on top of everything

Overall we are pleased with the purchase and delivery of our new house. We were kept informed of the build process and timeline. We were very pleased with the delivery timeline. It was important to us to have a close date that that was fairly firm. In our case the date communicated to us, months in advance was spot on. Warranty service was very responsive to issues. Any problems that were submitted on the portal were promptly addressed. We were contacted shortly after submitting a claim. An appropriate trade was scheduled and progress / resolution was tracked and communicated to us in a timely fashion. One area of the buying process that can be improved is the Low Voltage option. Having only one option was not a good experience. I do not believe it was competitive as it is a non-cancelable installation and monitoring service. There are other competitive and superior options that do not commit the purchaser to a 36 month agreement. The speaker installation did not come with any documentation despite repeated requests. The hoa is problematic. Far too many restrictions and impossible to deal with

Great floor plan to house my 3 dogs and myself. Builder is responsive to questions and problems.

I’ve had no interaction with the builder. So far my home is good.

Everyone on the team was very helpful. Sales and Constuction manager had great communication. We have been here a couple of months looks like it will be a nice neighborhood.

From sales,to financing, to home warranty my experiences have been good. The buying process was easy and sales staff knowledgeable. Financing was a breeze and from application to funding it took only 10 days Finally the warranty work that I needed has been minor and done quickly and without any hassles. I love my new house with all the amenities, my new neighbors, and the planned activities at the clubhouse. I could not ask for much more.

Comments: 1) The carpets in the bedrooms are unnecessary. 2) The door of the toilet is too wide and makes it difficult to get in and out. 3) The air conditioner unit is too close to the bedroom window when it could be placed against a wall without a window. 4) One of the electric irrigation valves needs to reach the backyard. 5) Wooden fences need basic treatment to protect against moisture and pests. 6) A minimum distance of 10 feet from the fence should be maintained for planting trees in the backyard.

What a great guy and builder, very helpful and friendly, answered my questions and went above and beyond in his willingness to solve issues I had with my Beautiful new home, and Zach still, is willing to help me with issues that I'm sure is not part of his responsibility, this young man deserves every recognition he should get and deserves

Buying our home was easy. Only problem I came across was that we were not shown any of the things you need to know and change like A/C filters Ref. Filters. How to set timer on sprinklers system. Little things like that we weren’t shown. But other than that all was great.

Would have rated builder five stars for every category. However, I have comments & concerns with the design of my condo. Materials used - How much more would it have cost to upgrade toilets to give better flush thus eliminating need for multiple flushing. Design- Placing microwave so high on wall you need stepping stool to reach. Retrieving hot food from microwave while standing on stool - not good. Positioning cable box where modem can only be placed across from dryer, thus making it difficult to open door. Leaving no place to store a broom or mop much less a small bucket. Yet, I really love this place and location even with the flaws. Very satisfied with the community & my new home. Would I buy again - YES! ... More

Jerry was extremely competent in his knowledge of homes offered. Was detail oriented with explaining the models offered and the choices that were available for exterior and interior features. My wife and I always felt at ease with Jerry. Would highly recommend him when looking for a home in our community,

I have had overall a good experience with K Havanian The community is very nice and the sales representatives are also excellent. I am getting excited to see the new clubhouse when it is finished.

The process from the start was very smooth. Steve, the sales representative was very helpful throughout and answered all our questions through closing. The response from the Warranty Department has been excellent to date as well.

The homes and condos are so well done and there is a great community of people who are all so welcoming

The overall process starting with the sales office, progressing to the builder and now with warranty has overall been very good. More choices in home options and SOME flexibility with minor changes in the building process would be very much appreciated. Workmanship excellent except for painting which was only fair. We were very disappointed with McCrea when they wouldn’t come until next day for no heat call, which was caused by very poor job on their final inspection. Warranty group gets 5 stars. Frustration with having to replace almost all plantings and repair sod with were placed in freezing winter conditions- this requirement should change! ... More

Jennifer was a godsend. She stayed close at hand to answer any questions and help me with the very confusing process. John in maintenance has been trustworthy and quick to respond to any issue I have found since buying my home.

John was and still is my initial contact person who knows how to get things done. Even if he has to research the information. He is so responsive and always follow up with service that’s been requested. This is a great place for new homeowners that need to be assisted with a new build. I even applied online and still get the same quality residential treatment..I feel very welcomed in the “Four Seasons” community resort living.
