Our experience with K. Hovnanian at Four Seasons was marvelous. Mike our salesperson to Rose in the design center were so professional. Tim the site supervisor / builder delivered the most beautiful home. Buying this home made our dreams come true.

After our salesperson helped us select the best model to meet our needs (in person), we began the process from 770 miles away. We did a virtual design meeting and then he kept us up-to-date with regular emails and progress photos from there. We had a awesome project manager who worked tirelessly to meet deadlines, ensure quality, and pass inspections. He even followed-up with us weeks after closing to ensure we were doing OK. Post-closing, any corrections were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction by our warranty manager using an organized ticket tracking system with regular follow-ups through completion. Rick our sales consultant was very good and helped us with information and decisions we initially had to make and progress updates. Rosa was very helpful with our interior selections . Zack our construction manager was awesome He was a pleasure to work with. He gave us timely progress reports at every stage of the construction. Zack attended our two independent inspections during which he was very knowledgeable and receptive to correcting any issue . Zack made the lengthy process of construction much less stressful .

Our builder Dave was awesome. His constant communication and forward thinking was a tremendous asset for us especially since we did not live in the area.

I have been very satisfied from start to finish with my new home. Everyone has been there to answer questions and any concerns that I might have. It has been a nice experience for me and I can honestly say I have no complaints about anything.

Our construction manager, Brent, has been instrumental in facilitating the construction process. Although we still have some outstanding issues we have complete faith that Brent will have all the issues resolved in a timely manner. We especially appreciate that he kept us posted weekly since we are out of state.

The entire process from the sales office to construction was great. I truly enjoyed working with our building supervisor/manager who called and provided updates on a weekly basis. Brent kept us updated throughout the entire process. We have purchased two other homes in different parts of the country and this build was by far the best. The entire K. Hovnanian team worked to make this construction build the most stress free we have completed. The community is great and we are enjoying the area. If you are thinking of purchasing a new home we strongly recommend K. Hovnanian.

My sister, Sharon and I are very happy with our new home and our best advice for new home buyers, is to start early in your planning of the best floorplan that fits your needs. Take advantage of K.Hovnanian's website with the space planner option for your existing furniture. If you do your homework, then your visit to the Design Center will go more smoothly when you meet with the Bill with Home Telecom. You will then know where to place cable/data outlets based on furniture placement. Also helps with meeting with the interior designer, so you will have an idea if additional electrical outlets or light fixtures are needed. If you have your color palette decided, that also helps in selecting finishes. Develop a strong relationship with your construction supervisor….Brent was the best! Always gave a weekly phone call to us in VA with progress updates , which put us at ease since we could not be on site for ourselves. I am very happy with my home and attention to my few concerns with new home issues. My 4 star rating on workmanship and materials seeks to address the need for higher quality paint. For my house, the trim paint is such that it peels away from the surface. Very gummy. Trim paint quality and quality of painter is sub par.

Tim has the buyers interests in mind going through the entire buying process. After the purchase, Tim made himself assessable addressing all issues during the building process and that occurred after the purchase. Future home buyers will be in very good hands having Tim as their builder.

Five weeks after closing there is still no garbage bin or pickup. Have had to run it down to the dumpster several times!

Our salesman AR did a great job listening to our situation and came up with a beautiful spec house for us. That made our choice easier to come to four seasons versus the other over 55 neighborhoods in the area. It’s an honor to be AR’s first South Carolina closing. The Home prices were variable, up and they go down however, if the home isn’t sold within a matter of weeks, the prices go down to those buyers who can now get lower great price for the same home you would have paid additional $20K. It’s now $20K less affordability. Good home structure Quality

Zach was very nice to me every other week he would send pictures of the progress of my house. When I arrived he showed me around.

Front end process was great from initial visit through closing. As the buyer, I had good communication with sales and builder. We relied on third parties (our real actor and inspector) to act on our behave and key points in the build process. A feedback that I have provided before was that I wished there had been better communication with them. No major issues found at the final inspection and they were corrected quickly. No major issues on our 45 day list. A few items have been open for a while, but absolutely no impact to our enjoying the home. Warranty team has great communication from day 1. Amenities are great. HOA team provides weekly communications on clubs, events, and activities. They use a web based tool that ties the owners in with the community and amenities. They are very helpful and have a great presence in the club house. Members of the community are extremely nice and helpful. They make it very easy to integrate into the community. Design is very good. Location is good if not a little remote, Cannot say enough good words about the sales staff, Mike & Adam, especially Mike. Homes are built quickly using specialized subcontractors, that do ONLY their thing, and will overlook any previous contractors shortcomings, Otherwise, if You stay on top of things, its great.
