KB team was well organized and for the most part eager to help. The construction crew and foreman was the best at every question, keep us informed (still living in Louisville). Loan and all of the staff of. Credit/Closing team were also great. All departments excelled in jobs just a few areas of improvement. Communication with buyers from all Departments would help
