KB Home Reviews

Kb homes built my home in 3 months and were very easy to work with. Very communicative.

KB team was well organized and for the most part eager to help. The construction crew and foreman was the best at every question, keep us informed (still living in Louisville). Loan and all of the staff of. Credit/Closing team were also great. All departments excelled in jobs just a few areas of improvement. Communication with buyers from all Departments would help

The process and attentiveness was just what I said.

Mostly fast to address issues and follow up with me for problems and issues.

The whole experience was wonderful smooth and easy move in was great first month loving it second month here was going great until a worker came on my property without my permission and spilled paint on my porch and driveway I never asked for anyone to come onto my property and I confronted them and no one hasn't done anything about it now there paint on my porch that doesn't want to come off but the issue is that they came on my property

all good from the buy to delivery ad warranty process

The KB Home Team were great with us. Didn't have any issues with them at all. KB Homes should be the place to buy a home with.

Overall buying experience with KB homes has been great from initial visit to design studio to financing and getting the keys for the house.

I had a really pleasant experience, John glover and Kyle ***** were very helpful!

The project super Stacy ***** treated us like we were her only concern out of the over 200 homes she services. She is an asset to us the especially KB homes.

Everyone was so happy for us excited about this huge project I waited my whole life for this and kb team made it happen I will remember this for the rest of my life

Yes my experience from start of 0 to 100'/' the manager called me at all time and help me with paper work and his team is excellent ,whole process was smooth . The kb team is always available for the a questions. Thank you

Hector, Kerlyn, Susie and the entire ***** has been super friendly and helpful. They are very responsive, answered all our questions and helped make our house into a home. From start to finish, we felt like we were getting the best workmanship. 10/10

Great communication from team. Even though we had delays outside of our control and KB's we understood the reasons and liked that they were upfront about it.

We had a great buying experience. Everyone throughout the process was helpful.

Overall great experience. Ryan in design helped w so many decisions. Knew her products & that helped me so much.

KB homes responds to questions or issues that arise in a timely manner. Juan the construction manager is very helpful with any questions I may have. My experience has been good so far. I would not hesitate to recommend KB homes to family and friends.

Ask for things to be done they don't get done. They make mistakes that mean you pay more

Lender chose our rate for us- works for KB, house has So many issues, flooring is severly uneven, wallas are crooked, cheapest fixtures in bathrooms that make no sense- what a joke! They do not communicate. Do not buy- run away- run far away!

The entire experience was straightforward and problem free with everything handled efficiently and without any issues.

Just want the builder to hire better quality construction crew instead of the lowest bidder to increase profit and focus more on quality over quantity

Everyone was very attentive in the process which made me feel so secure purchasing my first home……

Overall service and their willingness to answer all my questions.

For being a 1st time home buyer, Norma and Tina helped us out tremendously. After move in, Steve has been awesome!
