Very good all the way to keys in hand

The process in buying my new home was a very good experience.Everyone involved was polite and very helpful

I had a great experience with Doug — he was very responsive, easy to reach, and addressed all my concerns promptly. However, I’m not satisfied with the KB Home mortgage representative . She never called to discuss the available options, and due to the lack of clarity, I ended up paying an additional $10k without understanding why.

We are so happy with our home that we want to spend time in it. Between work and life we find ourselves away. The weekends have meaning now that we can be home. The sales staff, the builders, and the folks checking to address any issues we have had (which have been minor) are great to associate with! The whole KB team have been genuinely interested in our happiness and satisfaction for which we are.

Everyone from the sales team to the site management have been wonderful!

I would highly recommend buying a home with KB.

I love how attentive they’ve been, even after two months. They’ve continued to check in and make sure everything is going well. Whenever I have any issues with the house, they’re always ready to help and quick to send someone out. It really touched me, and I would highly recommend anyone to buy a KB Home.

We have enjoyed the home buying process from KB Home from the initial contact, to choosing the style off home we wanted, regularly being informed of when construction would start, updates during the construction phase and the final completion and the final walk through. Justin has been very helpful with educating us with customer service and the home warranty. Communication between Justin and us has been excellent. He has answered all of our questions and it is a pleasure to have him as our customer/warranty representative. We are loving our home!

The sales team, July and Leyla were very helpful since the purchase initiation to the final move-in. Kevin is also very professional and responsive to all service requests, creating a smooth moving in and settling experience.
