Trusted KB to build my home while I was living across the country. No regrets whatsoever. Jackie and Mike were extremely helpful, answering all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. When the time came for me to drive 2500 miles to my new home, I was grateful that I chose KB. Beautiful neighborhood, houses, and wonderful neighbors!

I had a really good experience working with the team who helped me buy my house. Carol, David, & Rick They were helpful, professional, and made the whole process feel much easier than I expected. They kept me informed every step of the way and were always available when I had questions. Overall, I’m very happy with how everything went and grateful for their support in helping me find my home. This was our first time getting a house built. But the building experience wasn't as stressful. Luis made things very easy. Communication was great between each other. When we had issues he was on top of them. Even in the closing inspection he found things that we didnt see. He also explained how to work everything well. Hats off to Jimmy as well when it came to working with our agent he made sure he got us the information and paperwork we needed.
