Wonderful experience all around.

I was concerned about build quality and reliability because of the post pandemic shortages of trades folks and material supplies and all that. I was told that the foreman is the key. KB came with great value in a great neighborhood in *****. The included features were really thoughtful for living in the area. Making design center choices was a little clunky, but they should get software to fix that. The consultant was really nice and helpful. The foreman turned out to be great too. My independent inspector said the build was solid and the site lead / foreman was elite in the valley. So I had a great experience. There are KB employees in Vegas that made it that way, so like any other American company, it may not always come together. But I for one am happy with KB in Sin City! ... More

Longer i live here, the more i recognize the lack of attention to construction. KB Homes focused on building fast, so things like doors being ***** on bottom, glue left on floors, molding not flush, sod not leveled. it also takes weeks to get response to customer service issues. Design center did not warn us about light granite susceptible to staining. we would have selected different.

From the very beginning KB and its people representing them have been amazing. Especially Mike and Rod who have went above be and beyond when we needed help and had questions. They really made it easy for us and made this experience a dream come true

KB truly cares about their customers. From the sales people, to the design team and the construction crew, they all felt like family on our journey. They helped us in more ways than they will ever know. We are grateful for the opportunity to live in a KB Home. Our family feels safe and cared for. While we wanted a few more things customized, the ability to truly build your dream home with KB is well worth it!

The house is beautiful. The details on the front landscaping were misleading/deceiving basing it off of the model homes.

Just about all of the KB Home employees we have met have been great to work with. Currently working through carpet pad and sub-floor quality issues for almost 2 months now.

Certain things had to be changed or fixed and they were taken care of in a timely manner.

We have had an outstanding homebuying experience with KBHOME. Very pleased with our purchase, build quality is excellent, and follow up customer service to attend to minor issues has been excellent.

Lots of issues never addressed , poor quality of workmanship. High turnover rate of employees

Very disappointed in the overall quality of workmanship. Patio had to be done three times. The entire lawn had to be torn up and redone. Sink and bath fixtures are very cheap. Both spare bedrooms and the hallway from the garage to the the house had to be replaced and it took a month as we lived in half a house. This was due to a water leak not caused by us. It took a month to get corrected. All in all we are unhappy with the contractors.Cheap labor gets cheap results. Our experience with the agents as we went through the buying process was excellent. I would like for the builder to take more time with details and completion of their work on a brand new building. Rushing to meet deadlines and having issues with the home for new owners to complain and feels very unsatisfied is very disheartening, especially on a new home. I wish they took the time and provided correct information to new buyers.

Sales and Loan teams were excellent! Lots of cosmetic issues and some structure issues..promised quick fixes to the issues but yet to be done.
