Everyone was great and it was an excellent home-buying experience.

Everyone who I worked with along the way was very helpful and my home impresses me more each day. The home is very well thought out, well laid out, and well built. I even notice little things like how sturdy the closet rods are mounted! Very well thought out and well built.

Our homebuying experience with KB Homes was great! After my wife and I (with the help of our realtor) found Mustang Ridge in Magnolia, TX, the sales agent (Don) helped us select the perfect house and the best lot location for it. After providing earnest money, the KB Home construction team (managed first by Michael, then John) began immediately to build the home of our dreams. They kept us regularly updated and fully informed on the steady progress of the construction process. They answered every question and addressed every concern as things developed. At several times during construction, there was uncertainty about having available utilities when they would be needed. This was quite out of the control of KB Homes, but their perseverance with the utility companies, as well as a strong dedication by the construction manager to meeting KB's deadlines, actually resulted in better performance by the utilitity companies and improved service for the whole subdivision. Despite some unavoidable delays (bad weather, supply-chain issues, permit approvals, etc.), the construction was completed within a week of the original estimate. After construction was completed, John acted without delay to correct all concerns that were identified. By the time we closed on the new home, everything had been finished to our satisfaction. Our experience was excellent since day one, the whole KB Home team was always on top of things making sure to keep us informed of any progress as our home was being built and our loan officer made sure we would turn in any information/forms needed to make sure we could close on time. We’re very grateful and happy with our new home and I have made sure to tell my fiends and family how KB home goes the extra mile to deliver excellent customer service and quality.

As a KB Home owner, the experience in having a new home built is a great experience, the builder notifies you whenever the important items are going to be installed and have an onsite meeting to discuss what is being installed and how it works. Then continues to the next step of construction. All went great and smooth transition with the construction and paperwork. Highly recommend friends and family members the experience and the craftsmanship of the work, thanks to all the trades that put the dedication and work into it including the project manager(s) for looking out the quality of work. Low process was a train and one and I’m going through a couple different avenues and that parts is a pain in the butt. Since then. Once she moved in, everything has been great. Couple little things. They got taken care of immediately. With a fast response time again just the way Customer Service should be.

Everyone was great. We were buying from out of state and Stephen and Clint made sure to send us pictures weekly showing the progress of the build. Cortney was also great in working on our loan. Clint has been more than helpful post build. His response is amazing replying and addressing any of my questions or concerns. I would highly recommend KB Homes to anyone looking to build ond/or buy.

Head a great experience with KB. We appreciated being able to choose from a wide variety of customizable options.

Overall things are great. We have ran into some issues but Mr. Paul has been there to take care of them for us right away! From the back door lock screw coming out and going missing, to the plumbing issue we had. He did not hesitate to respond to our texts and get us taken care of in our new home. Overall he has been 1000% awesome and very helpful in our crisis moments.
