Have been trying to get a hold of solar panel associate with KB homes, but no response in 5 days. Tried all Palmetto, but no response. Trying to figure out if solar panel is working but no one can help.

Attention to finishing details would be helpful - painters dripping paint on tile, holes in the wall that the cabinet and counter installers left. We paid a premium price for a premium house on a premium lot and expected more.

From choosing a floor plan, picking out a lot, making decisions about decor, construction, and all the way to the closing, ours was an excellent experience. KB Homes makes the process of buying a home, simple, stress-free, and enjoyable.

Overall, we had a great experience purchasing our new home. The enitre process was smooth and professional and we are very happy with the quality of our home. Everyone was responsive, helpful, and quick to address any questions or concenrs that came up. Even after moving in, the team has continued to be responsive and helpful. So far ever thing has been good minor repairs are almost completed, workers have been very nice and done a good job

I had a Kaufman & Broad home in 1993, and the increase in customer service and quality control is very impressive.

Overall, my first time for buying a home went well. The only main issue I had was during the time I purchased the house to the time I got my keys there was some communication issues with the realtor specifically. I had to reach out and follow up on multiple occasions to make sure appointments were set and what was to be expected in the coming stages. The builders & customer service rep have been amazing & attentive. I am very happy with my purchase with KB home for my first home.
