After months of searching, packing, and more paperwork than I ever imagined, I was grateful to finally have my own house keys! So incredibly thankful to everyone who helped me along this journey . I loved the layout of the kitchen and the beautiful wooden floor. Thanks again.

We had an amazing experience with the KB Homes team, and we’re so grateful for everyone who helped make our dream home a reality. From the very beginning, Jared (sales) was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, always taking the time to answer our questions and guide us through the process with clarity and honesty. While our home was being built—and even while we were out of the country—he went the extra mile by sending us progress photos and updates, which meant so much to us. He even took the initiative to bring in our trash and recycling bins into the garage, showing a level of care and thoughtfulness that truly stood out. Kelsey at the design center was also wonderful to work with. She helped us choose the best materials and finishes that fit our budget without compromising quality or style, making what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and enjoyable. Tami went above and beyond to help us get our loan approved—her dedication and persistence truly made a difference. Rodney did a thorough job inspecting the home and making sure everything was in great condition, addressing repairs with care and attention to detail. And when we returned from out of the country, Brandy stepped in and helped us resolve a few minor issues quickly and efficiently, which gave us so much peace of mind. KB Home was my first choice for a . From my first visit to the show home, to the design center, to the closing, the team that I worked with provided exceptional service, and bent over backwards to honor every request I had. Linda in sales, Rayland in construction and Brandy in customer service have been amazing. Moving from out of state where you’re not able to see everything and talk to people makes it even more crucial that this team stays on top of everything. I felt that I knew everything that was going on every week right until my move-in date. After moving in of course there’s always a few little things. They are always taking care of really quickly. This is my second KB Home and I wouldn’t go with any other builder. I love the ability to customize my home to what I want, I like the smaller square footage in a one story and the locations are always great if I ever have to build again, KB Home is my first choice ... Good location and value for the price

I know these are cookie cutter homes that are thrown together in less than a few months and I understand things won't be perfect but for the price I paid for the house I would argue the craftsmanship should've been better. Other than that I'm happy to be an homeowner!

Everyone was great to work with, plenty of communication and if I needed anything everyone was willing to help!

Everyone within the team at KB Homes we dealt with were all so responsive to all our questions throughout the whole process. So knowledgeable and helpful. I will be buying another KB home in the future! Great experience.

KB was easy to work with, there was great communication throughout the process. The sales rep was giving me weekly updates with pictures, that was very helpful. Of the 3 builders in the development this is by far the best one. The best floorplans and the best lots. I say KB is highly recommended!

What a great neighborhood and new neighbors could not be more pleased. The building experience was right on time for our move.

Great experience from start to finish

Everything seemed great when I first moved in but after a few days I noticed a lot of discrepancies in my home. I had a leak in my sink since the builder failed to check for any leaks, a conduit was missing from my bedroom and overall I was not happy with how long it takes to the warranty person to come and check everything out. I was promised a top of the line home and that was not given to me.

Great value for the price … great location

KB Home did an excellent job building my house. The quality of the work, clear communication, and overall experience were all great. The team kept me updated throughout the process and made everything smooth from start to finish. I’m very happy with my new home and would definitely recommend KB Home.

So glad to be settled into our new forever home for the holidays! KB Homes made the experience painless and quick. From the signing of documents, to picking the designs, to watching the house get built and having our walk-thrus, everything was organized, on time and as promised. My experience was awesome through the entire process from beginning to end from choosing my home the lot the interior designs to the loan and mortgage and escrow closing awesome

Everyone was amazing, especially Sales and the KBHS group. Construction was good, really liked the Superintendent. His workers are not the best when it comes to straight walls and installing showers properly. Also whoever did the landscaping did not properly grade it in the front yard but Warranry is incredible and they are coming out to take care of it! Overalll an excellent experience!

Kb was great to work with

The Sales Team throughout the KB Network were amazing. When we landed on Mystic Vista as the community with our preferred home, we received exceptional service from the Sales Team (Heidi was amazing) and the lending team (Ioana & Roxanna were fantastic), but once we signed and took the keys, we had problem after problem. Starting with a laundry list of poor finish work and culminating with multiple vendor issues and communication difficulties with the post-sale team. Not to mention, KB pushed us to download their app, but 45 days after taking the keys, the app still says we haven't closed on escrow or gotten the keys or moved in. The whole post-sale process has felt very much like we've moved from valued customer to just a homesite number. If you are willing to stay on top of their team and diligently tackle the multitude of repairs or problems that will come along with the purchase, then this could be the right neighborhood builder for you. ... These employees mentioned are great asset to KB Homes. They live and breath the company’s vision and values. We could not have picked a better home and builder to fulfill our dream.
