The sales and construction staff and construction staff are absolutely wonderful to work with.

The beginning process was very good. They answered all my questions and kept me Posted along the way. However, I decided to go with KB’s finance department and it was the worse experience ever. Just one month before closing, they decided to not approve me after all and the agent who was handling my loan lied about the reasons why all of a sudden didn’t qualify. I then had to go with a different lender. Serious integrity issues. It was a complete nightmare dealing with KB in general. It’s been three months since I’ve moved in and the house still hasn’t been completely finished because it wasn’t even ready until after the closing date given. ... More

Everyone at KB Home was great to work with! Each individual made the home buying experience easy and wonderful.

Craftsmanship was horrible. Moved in my house almost two months ago and touch up is still needed. Cabinets are not done. Horrible experience.

It was great experience with buying primary home with KB. Sale person Randy is very informative and helpful through out this process. He provided timely updates on every stage. Also, Mitch is hand over home on right time aa promised. He makes sure everything is fine and if anything is required to fix, he fixes within timeframe. I only had bad experience with Kb home loan provider. They didn’t not provide competitive interest rates than other lenders.

I have not receive any update on 30 day visit. I have a broken window that has not been fixed. The tree upfront does not have poles to hold it up, when everyone else has it. I have asked for information about HOA and nothing has come back.

There’s a lot of things that need fixing but if it wasn’t for me discovering how lazy the work was done considering the island power cord was never done under the island except 5 inches away and under the carpet is unacceptable. Thats a fire hazard which gives me more concern to uncover more things as it’s coming along. Ken and Jacquie were great overall and this review is not towards them but towards their works they used which they had no choice in such a terrible market we were going through.

House came out decent. A lot of things where rushed. Dry wall was rushed, painting was rushed and even the cabinet install was rushed. Now these are all Issues that are being addressed with warranty. I just don’t understand how things were so rushed yet the house took a full year to build. Before the pandemic houses would take 5-6months. That and a lot of the workers used were under the table paid and illegal. Specially The painters. And the kitchen island wall has waves in it and not straight because it was rushed as well. Some of the vents for AC are crooked as well because it was rushed. I won’t get answers and I’m already in the house and things are getting fixed. But with all the delays and extra time they had to do the house these things should not have been rushed. That and I also had broken roofing tiles. ... More

The whole buying process has been great ! They made is seamless, customer service was great, the construction manager was awesome and was able to respond to all of our questions. Highly recommend.

The team at KB Home was great! From the first encounter with the sales counselor all the way to close, the KB team kept us informed of all updates in the building process. There were a few things that came up after move in but, have been and are being quickly addressed.

Everyone at KB Home from start to finish has provided excellent service. Susan in sales, Jaime in build, Nicholas in loan, Dawn in loan and Cindy in escrow. Great amazing team

Overall the experience was good. Took longer than we would have liked, but it's understandable given the world situation right now. Communication with the super, Ken, and sales agent, Jon, were great. Some workmanship is a little lackluster. The are obvious used of the wrong paint type visible in areas (semigloss instead of eggshell), installation of clearly broken cabinets and backsplash left as "good enough", the complete wrong bathroom courteous 6 installed, wrong sized mirrors (we still don't have any a month and a half later), and very crooked hanging of fixtures. We've been ensured the majority of our issues will be fixed, but it seems to be on a back burner for everyone but the super who seems frustrated he can't get people to fix our issues. We've had a replacement cabinet sitting in a box in one of our extra rooms for a month. ... More

Sales person and building superintendent were great to work with.! The VA lending process was hard! Lending officer’s were helpful in straightening that out!! Thank you to all.

House is nice and energy efficient, but material used is below par. All interior doors needs re-adjustment. Overall, newer house is not built like how they used to.

We wish we could give 5 stars across the board, but in good conscience, we can not. So many minor flaws because the build process was rushed to meet a deadline. We sure reported at 10 and 30 days still aren’t resolved. Sloppy craftsmanship on concrete work, with un-smooth areas, chunks missing, materials sticking up and out of concrete. Walls have so many areas paint is missing, scrapes from tools to apply texture, Covid moneyed areas larger than 10” missed. Grout slipped all over floorboards in every single room. Caulking forgotten on bathroom mirrors. Most doors would not latch shut. Sloppy stucco work on the front of the house. Chipped tiles. Cracked grout. Sloppy grout work at particularly at corners and edges where tiles weren’t cut correctly and excess grout was put in to hide money stakes; leaving thicker grout lines next to neighboring lines. We love our home and the design options we chose, but wish someone would have explained consequences of not choosing certain things, and that didn’t happen. We just wish the follow through with minor problems would’ve been taken care of, instead we are feeling ignored because everyone is busy at the new development areas. The only saving grace for our build experience is that Robert and Thomas have been very kind, honest, and understanding about any questions and/or complaints. ... More

Only had a problem with one or two people. Everyone else was superior.

It took a very long time to get my house done, because of many issues with supplies, covid, etc. had I known it was going to be longer than a year I would not have purchased a home. In the meantime the long wait almost made me lose out on being able to qualify for my loan, even though the price was locked in the interest was not. Everyone was helpful.

After a year of searching, KB Home had a beautiful house for us in Casa Grande. The entire process was smooth. Thank you!
