Everything’s was great with my build. The sales person and the contractor were by far the people that made my experience great.

I purchased a starter home so it won’t be the latest and greatest but the home itself is awesome. The people you work with to get your home are extremely accommodating and accessible throughout most hours of the day. I will say, Anthony and Mechelle are phenomenal to work with and can provide you with an easy and smooth experience. Anthony especially is awesome to work with and goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your new home and to fix anything that was previously missed. First time homeowner, great experience. Answered and solved all my questions and concerns.

We had a great experience with KB Home sales group and design. Throughout construction, they kept informing us about the progress on a weekly basis and few months prior to completing construction, KB Home loans and home insurance kept us aware of what’s coming up during the closing process. As far as the quality of workmanship and materials used versus the value of the price paid, we think that they could have done better using some more upgraded materials.

The entire process was straightforward.

The Sales Representative was excellent. The Loan representative was excellent. Most of personal that I met was very good. They keep their word on making sure the work they promise got done.

My home buying experience took a bit longer than expected but well worth the wait! Reed was very professional and responsive to my concerns and was able to provide me with everything I asked for in a timely manner. I highly recommend him for anyone looking to purchase a new KB home. Also, Justin has been a pleasure working with and has followed up with any issues I’ve addressed. I have had a good home buying experience for my first time buying a home. Jaime has been great at fixing any issues that have come up or getting back to me in a timely manner.

I closed on my house Nov 10, 2022. Turned in a issues list approx Nov 20, 2022 and it is Dec 27, 2022 and no call from service care department yet. I did have trouble with front doorknob and one bedroom doorknob and the construction lead came and repaired it (but it needed to be fixed again (on the list) but it's been so long a family member fit it.

Only had a problem with one or two people. Everyone else was superior.

Great experience with KB. As a KB employee, proud to work for a great builder which is evidenced in the product my family recently bought.

Very responsive and professional. From the loana to Dawn and Jeff, they have made the experience very pleasant.

Staffs who worked with me are very professional and friendly.

The buying experience was really good. However, we did not receive a 10 day follow up. We actually had to call and ask for it. We also have not received a 30 day follow up. Both of which were promised to us.

Love our sales lady she has been really helpful thru all of our questions and concerns the only issue is workmanship and quality already had to file multiple warranty claims for front door because it’s leaking how to put a warrant payment for the grout on the backsplash because it’s completely crumbling and a warranty claim for the paint around the doors because it’s just ripping off the doors other than that the house is a really nice design and comfortable

Friendly and professional staff that went above and beyond with situation. (Covid19) Staff keep me updated and managed to have the home ready to move in as promised.

Good built house. If there are any issues they did a good job of addressing them.

Our construction manager Paul is very responsive and has helped us several times with small issues around the house.

I’ve passed by Cobblestone community many times before I decided to buy the house. I had thought the price would be crazy because of the location and the quality of the house. However, we came into a surprise when we finally checked out the house. Price is reasonable with good quality and nice looking house. Definitely recommend KB Homes to others!
