My Salesman Reed was great very responsive to any questions we had.

I hoped that for the price we paid for our home that we would be treated like valued customers, unfortunately, that has not been the experience at any point during the sale, build, or post-build process. We have been on our own, have received very little communication and our issues have been passed off from one person to another. Very disappointed in KB Homes. Our pre-close walk-through was a joke and we were told everything would be taken care of through warranty. Post-close we failed to receive our 10-day inspection, finally received a call for our 30 day inspection and it took over a month to get crews in for touch-ups and corrections, still not fixed. Cheap products used, No communication. No support through post-move in work. No one to call and no one seems to care. ... More

Robert and Thomas were wonderful to work with. They were very responsive and patient.

Home was in pathetic condition at close. Horrible finish. What's worse is they have now become very unresponsive to the problems. There are more builders out there who at least have a shred of integrity.

Susan and Fred were a pleasure to work with. they informed me of the progress of the home on a regular basis and were very kind and courteous. Any questions I had were answered promptly and professionally. Only hitches were bathroom faucets and mirrors. Not thrilled with the mirror company (though no fault of KB) since they discontinued the mirrors I chose and upgraded. Thankfully Fred had temporary mirrors installed. When replacement mirrors finally came they were the wrong size and had to be redone. The mirrors are not as stylish (and I'm sure not as costly) as my original choice.

Nothing but lies to extremely poor construction. Never again with KB!

I’m very impressed with the the quality of my home. There are some issues with the wood trim but that is being addressed. They have made my experience a pleasant one. Very responsive and accommodating. All issues are being taken care of in a timely manner. I highly recommend purchasing a home with KB!

I have owned the home now for over a month and still have not moved in due to horrible workmanship. I will be making my second mortgage payment on a house that has carpet peeling up. Paint that is two different sheens on the same wall, damaged tile, broken baseboards. The superintendent disregards all customer concerns and just shrugs his shoulders and says”It’s just the subs…” I would never buy another KB home and can’t begin to explain the frustration and disappointment.

Throughout this process, we were always kept updated. I appreciated the constant communication.

Good service and I like the house.

The excellent experience I had working with KB Home began the day I decided to stop by just to take a look at the models. With no pressure from the sales agent, I decided to prequalify through KB Home Loans, and put money down on a spec home that had already started being built. Watching the build was great fun! Since my home was a spec home, all of the features were pre-chosen. The Design Studio still met with me so I could see everything- tile, cabinets, carpet etc.. All were gorgeous! I enjoyed working with the builders, the construction Superintendent, and staff. The Super is a really great guy, who has very high standards and expects the same from his crew, and outside contractors. He kept the build moving forward, with few delays due to availability of materials. I watched the entire build, from concrete to finish, visiting often. I was able to see the quality and attention to detail with each step. Not only does KB offer financial services, I was also able to buy a home owner's insurance policy through the company, which cost half of what I'd pay through my regular provider, and with more coverage. Because I chose KBHS Home Loans for my mortgage, KB and KBHS covered some of the closing costs. This was a huge help, and part of why I decided to go with a new build. I have had regular check-ins from KB Home Customer Service, since moving in. They are handling the details to ensure everything that is warranty related is taken care of. Horrible customer service from the construction Department warranty department sales man have no information On the rules and regulation of when you buy this home for the Hoa knows nothing about the construction just all-around horrible.

KB worked hard to deliver a quality house within reasonable timeframe but supply chain issues and labor has certainly impacted them. Upgrades were reasonable although I’m disappointed in cabinets. After sale response is good.

Overall, my experience was fine. I do feel like during the construction part, corners we’re cut. This caused issues after move in and I am currently in the process of getting those issues fixed. I understand that these builds are typically “cookie cutter” and fast. But I wish they would have payed a little more attention to detail.

As soon as you buy your home nobody replies to any of your questions or concerns.
