The buying process was great. Everyone was professional and very helpful. After we moved in there was great follow up.

Overall, the buying experience left a little to be desired. We had multiple salespeople and none of them were top notch. The individual that we met with in the design studio was great. The design studio could of had more options but overall still made some good picks. Our superintendent was awesome and very helpful. He made our home buying experience better than anyone else we dealt with. If we had to go back, we are not sure we would purchase from KB again, but we do love our home. Gave them 4 stars because our superintendent made up for other areas that were lacking.

Great community and amazing home. Large back yards that we weren't able to find anywhere else for an affordable price. Julie from sales was always available for any question we had. KBHS made the loan process very easy and stress free. Ed and construction team were on top of things and got the home built on time with no delays. Don't plan on moving anytime in near future but if I did I would definitely look at KB Homes and recommend them to friends looking for new home.

The builder helped us allot

Staffs who worked with me are very professional and friendly.

Issue have still yet to be resolved even after did the last survey. You would think they would jump right it after my last survey. There is really no sense of urgency to resolve my concerns.

Great quality, KB always moves quickly with any reported repairs

The house was not ready by closing and my great room and flex room electric outlets were not working. It took them almost a month to fix my front door frame and paint it. In the master bedroom the floor is making a sound because the plywood was not tightened before carpet was installed. Everything about my first home buying experience went wrong

I am pleased with the quality of construction with our KB Home. The materials and workmanship are first class. The entire buying and construction process was pleasant. The community is well planned. When selecting a lot, asked about the floor plans of the homes on either side of yours. On one side of our house, our living room windows looks directly into our neighbor’s living room windows. This could have been avoided during the lot selection process.

A less than great rating on quality and trustworthiness. I do commend the sales associate, construction supervisors for addressing all concerns immediately upon communication to them. Not complimentary of the subcontractor's used to build the home. Several major items missed that should have been completed upon build up of the home.

I appreciate customer service the most and Bill was amazing throughout the process. He always promptly responded to my questions and was on top of everything. I knew everything that was going on with the house building process. The house itself is also beautiful. The only negative thing I have to say is that there were definitely some things that could have been done better as far as painting and cleaning up better but even with that, they were very good at coming back and fixing those issues which I was very happy about. Although I started my home building process at the beginning of Covid, which caused some delays, my experience was great. Everyone was very nice during the process.

Waiting on meeting and then we'll see

There were some issues on the builder part but they made it right and we love our new home

My home is everything and more. My only issues were delayed start and then waiting for the concrete. Other than that this has been an amazing process and my home is beautiful. The superintendent is amazing and stays in touch every step of the way. Thank you KB for giving me my beautiful home!

Well worth the wait. Looking into buy another kb home

Please don’t trust them They do not have integrity They say you can get another lender but if you do they will threaten you that you will not close on time to force your hand to come back to them. Very stressful closing process
