Friendly and professional staff that went above and beyond with situation. (Covid19) Staff keep me updated and managed to have the home ready to move in as promised.

Customer services was great, the building process was somewhat frustrating because dates were given of closing and then will be pushed back for months

I chose KB Home because they had a floor plan that met my needs at a good price. But when looking at that good price, I found I also got an Energy Star rated home, which clinched the deal. I'm already enjoying the benefits of a well built, Energy Star home - my electric bill this month was phenomenally low!!

The salespersons and the superintendent at Terra De Oro were attentive to all of my questions and needs.

Good built house. If there are any issues they did a good job of addressing them.

KB Home's staff were great throughout the escrow process. There were some bumps along the way though no fault of KB, I'd had some financing issues, and then the Covid-19 pandemic hit, but Blake & Charlene kept me informed & up to date despite all the bumps that occurred. I truly felt they were on my side throughout the whole process. Robert the construction supervisor was always available to me whenever I had a question. Well done.

Would love to say my new home was everything I hoped it would be but unfortunately that is not the case. Things that were taped during our final walkthrough were never repaired, tons of cracks in the grout along walls and doors which has led to chunks of grout coming out during sweeping and mopping, closet doors were damaged upon move in in every room, "privacy" upgraded insulation offers less "sound dampening" than the regular insulation in our last house, no peephole in front door, sliding screen door lock does not work, door knobs were installed incorrectly, door to garage does not latch, I could go on and on. Good color schemes

there is not much for me to say just an overall great experience

Our down payment wire was lost by KB mortgage for 5 days, living room texturing very poor quality and roofing subcontractor performance was way below par extending our closing by a month. Other than that, they were great overall.

I love my house. Both the sales representative and builder superintendent were absolutely awesome! They talked to throughout this process and gave me a beautiful home.

We didn't get a house, KB built us a home.

I signed my paperwork on 7/4/2019. From there on both my sales and construction team were attentive and responsive to all of my voiced concerns and update requests. Throughout the process we hit some bumps in the road, but for the most part they were made up and continued on with no further issues.

We love our new home for new beginnings

Our construction manager Paul is very responsive and has helped us several times with small issues around the house.

I'm sorry but with the experience i went through, I would not recommend.

What stands out most to me is their willingness to correct issues I was unsatisfied with.

We moved in, and shortly after, the COVID19 quarantine went into effect. So, this had a bearing on the responsiveness to our requests. The biggest plus are the people we have been in contact with to address our issues. They are quick to answer our emails. This is our second new KB home, and we immediately noticed a better service and product from our first experience 11 years ago. I understand that the models are “cookie cutter,” with many upgraded options, but it would be nice if some structural items could be changed, like a pocket door or garage options that wouldn’t change the engineering structure of the home.
