KB Home Reviews in Phoenix Mesa, AZ

Everyone KB person I've spoken with has been very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you KB!

I’ve passed by Cobblestone community many times before I decided to buy the house. I had thought the price would be crazy because of the location and the quality of the house. However, we came into a surprise when we finally checked out the house. Price is reasonable with good quality and nice looking house. Definitely recommend KB Homes to others!

Susan and her team were extremely helpful during and after our home buying process. My husband and I are both veterans and were greeted with open arms. Justin and his team made it possible for us to close on our beautiful within 30 days. We are so happy that we chose KB especially since this is our first home. Thank you for such a smooth experience and transition to homeownership.

I must say as a first time home buyer if I ever had to do it again it would definitely be with the kB home team very supportive through the process and after

Thank you KB!

Our new home had some issues that needed to be fixed and still a few things we noticed after our 10 day inspection period but what we did notice during the 10 days was promply fixed. The house overall is just as beautiful as ee imagined and we are very happy with it!

Make sure you have a realtor when you buy your KB Home. They respect realtors and ignore homeowners. You'll need someone to ensure that KB does the job and someone who can get you discounts on mistakes they make. Also, spend the money on an inspector no matter what the sales people say.

Bike rider paradise. Responsive to requests for missing parts. Floor plan great.

Response to issues by KB is good but response by the subcontractor is not very reliable.

Totally happy with the design, quality and workmanship of my new KB home!

This was my first time purchasing in Arizona and buying a home from KB. This particular home was a spec home so I didn’t go through and experience the full building process. I can say that the representatives and builder superintendent have been extremely responsive. Since we’ve just been in home 2 months, we are still going through the house and finding small things to fix or improve upon. Some may be location specific to AZ climate as we are from the Midwest. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend.

The sales team, financing and construction supervisor were great. The paint finishing was below average for the price paid.

We are loving our new home. With any new build there are minor issues however everyone has been helpful and responsive when getting things fixed promptly

The KB team was super helpful in long distance home building/buying experience.

Workmanship not up to par, shoddy finish.

Walls are not straight water got under my home my bathroom is jacked up cracks in my ceiling something about the drywall you can here people using the bathroom you just have no privacy in the home the room on north side is just nuts when someone uses the microwave or bathroom I have real questions with the quality of the material I can get a nail and push it into the drywall no hammer needed my windows have damage and nobody seems to give a

We love our new home and are so please with our experience.

We have been in our new home a couple months are enjoying it. This is my 3rd new build so I don’t know if I’m just picky but lots of paint overspray on the tile floors I’m finding throughout the home and messiness in lines of grout and paint on doors, I’ve asked for extra paint stock at least half dozen times and still have yet to get it. I went in with a huge amount of upgrades on cabinets, Quartz countertops and other major items but just went with the standard plumbing in kitchen and bathrooms and installed them ourselves due to the overpricing by the design center. Structurally I am happy with the home, but the cleaning and some labor functions I would say need to be perfected since we spend a lot of money on these homes and I expect precision in the completion of the home . All in all, I would recommend KB Homes but would be very observant when doing your final walk through. ... More

We are extremely happy with our KB Home! Everyone involved from sales to the construction process was very knowledgeable, professional and they really strive for excellent customer service. Anything we needed or any questions we had they were always there to answer them for us. This entire process was seamless and they took us through the construction process all the way with weekly updates. Seeing our home come to life has been an exciting time for us and we are so happy with our decision to have KB build our dream home! Even after the closing, they are still checking in on us making sure everything is going ok. ... More

Beautiful house and nice people to work with.

Take lots of pictures of the inside and outside. This is the most amazing experience I’ve had, during this 6 month build. It’s worth the wait to have a brand new home!

I’m very satisfied with my new kb home

It was nice a easy

We are new to AZ and kbhome, we love our new home and town.

The house was done within the timeframe as expected. There were minimal issues with the home and all/most were fixed. If they weren’t I had contacted the office and vendors were scheduled to come out to fix those issues.
