The buying process was extremely easy with KB Homes. We had some issues crop up in the first few weeks in the house, and the KB Homes warranty team was excellent in getting those problems taken care of. The peace of mind of a home warranty was unexpected but an essential part of settling into our new home

We were helped in picking the right house for us. We were also given the right support when it came to financing our home. From the first walk-through to the closing we were well informed. We are very happy with our home.

We purchased our home in May of '22 and unfortunately due to material and labor shortages of the time we did not move in until June of 2023. However, we had consistent follow up and updates throughout the process and KB homes team was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Our sales rep Ress was and continues to be very helpful and every one was pleasant and professional during our interactions. I would definitely recommend KB homes to people looking to build their dream home.

Being first-time home builders (not buyers), we were impressed with the amount of say we had when it came to customizing our home compared to other builders in the area. Throughout the entire process, KB was upfront about price, timeline, potential delays, and overall what to expect. We didn't feel like just another contract to them, but that was largely due to the fantastic sales team we worked with, specifically Julie B.. Her initial greeting was warm and welcoming, no pressure to buy, and answered any and all of our MANY questions that we had along the way. She was available any time and was our advocate when we needed her. Without her, we wouldn't have purchased a home through KB. When Julie wasn't in the office, her counterpart Michelle K. was equally as welcoming and warm, and helped us build the home of our dreams. This is my first home purchase and I have been so pleased with the outcome and process. My first experience with KB at the Entrada Del Oro location was with Reed. Reed took the time to show me everything, he was patient and listened to my situation and found a way for everything to work. My loan office Ioana was also fantastic, she took care of me and guided me through everything and made the process stress free and coached me along the way. Okay I have to say I Love my Loan Originator I cannot begin to explain how she helped change my life I met her because the first Loan Originator I was working with wasn't trying to service my needs with purchasing a KB Home he was more concerned about me signing not concerns about me not trying to spend more than can Afford or pay a month for my mortgage monthly .when first Speaking with Second Originator she apologize for the first Loan Originator and said I'm here now how I assist you she listen to my concerns about not purchasing more than I can afford and how much wanted to pay for a mortgage monthly So she gave me a list of things that I would need to do to meet this criteria. From cleaning up my credit so my scores would rise to not spending any monies on anything other than food and shelter S I promised to do as she instructed and now I'm a Proud owner a KB Home is . Anyone who buys a home through KB at Maricopa needs to work with Tricia. Ed is great too but I had the opportunity to meet with and work with Tricia. She was very comforting, made every step of the way a great experience. She listened to my needs and concerns. She followed up with me. She is an absolute gem!!
