Home buying with KB is the most worst experience ever. Doors coming off the hinges, air vents installed backwards, Defective drywall, wrapped door frame. Home was never Cleaned on mover day, items that needed to be fix was lefted undone. I can go one put it's pointless.

Lacking construction experience and knowledge in the home building field to no one can do anything of what they promised at the time of closing they make it sound like your family and everything will be fixed but they can’t get their trades to come back and do any warranty work simple details get missed no one is ever available every one is either not in yet off or has gone home for the day or on vacation and no one is Available on weekends but yet they are sooooo behind very unhappy with the quality of the work for a brand new house Frank the kb construction rep is nooooo help at all kb is ...

They said was getting the model home only bigger. It was jot the model home it was very different no shutters, no railway, no rock outside the house. So felt very mislead. The dryer wiring was done incorrectly, the house was dirty upon move in, grout still not done in some rooms. Outlets not working. They literally put the cheapest materials possible toilets seats brand new were sliding all over the place had to replace screws. Paint wad only one thin coat you barely bump it or wash it comes off and leaves a bare spot in the wall. Cabinets were unfinished in bathroom and kitchen. They promise ...

Definitely probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever dealt with, not a first time home buying process that I felt I’ve received/deserved. Cheap materials, lack of communication, no follow up, rushed process, items not completed, & I have questions to this day that still aren’t being answered or addressed. I would never purchase another home from this builder.

Home was in pathetic condition at close. Horrible finish. What's worse is they have now become very unresponsive to the problems. There are more builders out there who at least have a shred of integrity.

My New House was made a mess of by negligent contractors who sprayed my garage side of the house with cement on my dark brown paint. They covered my side garage door with cement which has all been reported at 30 days. Nothing has been done. So now KB is negligent for not getting it fixed. Tarps were not used and it is a mess.

Bad workmanship, bad quality, warranty very slow and bad all situations poor. Sold kB loan after paid off and mr cooper threatening almost every day. Very bad experience with kB. Wish never bought one. Floor Ames’s since poor workmanship, slow to take care of that. Irrigation system does not work properly, not even giving us a new one. Spent over $6000 on backyard but they don’t care. All about bottom line with kB.

I still have stuff that needs to be fixed from our ten-day walk-through and before we even moved into our home, We have been in our home for over a month. Our closing date continued to get pushed back because of KB’scontinued negligence . When we moved in they forgot an inspection so we had no insulation in our home till they figured out they messed up. Their communication skills are absolutely right, we had no idea who we were supposed to contact when one of their employees moved onto a different company.
