Kbhomes dont care about clients issues or try to resolves them. All they want is to close the home.

Buying a new-build home was more frustrating than expected due to poor workmanship, in-perfection painting, and rushed finishes. While the warranty service has been great and responsive, it’s frustrating that so many repairs were needed in the first place. The unfinished landscaping and ongoing construction noise have also been disappointing. If you’re considering a new build, research the builder thoroughly and be prepared for potential quality issues.

In all honesty, this is the best customer service I have had in any purchase of a home since 1990. The entire team was very approachable and always responded to my questions, concerns the same day or next day at the latest. Amazing experience all around and I would highly recommend KB Homes.

This was my very first time purchasing a new build and the experience was awesome. The purchasing process was streamlined and easygoing. I was regularly contacted when needed and question were answered very timely. When I was able to get into the home after the process was complete, the quality was amazing and I was able to feel at home.

I purchased a starter home so it won’t be the latest and greatest but the home itself is awesome. The people you work with to get your home are extremely accommodating and accessible throughout most hours of the day. I will say, Anthony and Mechelle are phenomenal to work with and can provide you with an easy and smooth experience. Anthony especially is awesome to work with and goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your new home and to fix anything that was previously missed. Natasha, Randy, Tami, Jason ,and Candy make up the "Dream Team" in our homebuying experience. Everyone treated us cordially with their friendliness, knowledge and expertise and responsiveness. There were some issues here and there but they did make the experience wholesome and smooth overall and made sure we were home for the Holidays , as promised. 5 stars all the way.

Iona, and Arthur and Rodney were 100% great. Ioana took care of me with all the finances and she looked out for my best interest, not KB's. Arthur always responds back when I need help and Rodney explained the building aspect of the home in a way I could understand. All very trustworthy.

The overall team's dedication and genuine care to help the customer was very impressive. Although there were some hiccups along the road, the overall experience is nothing short of a customer service-oriented company. The only negative I would mention is the materials used to build the house do not feel/appear premium, in addition "price paid" for some of the house upgrade options were very high for what you got. I felt many of the things should have been standard offerings but I was charged a high price tag, unfortunately. The overall experience purchasing the home was great. Anthony are super and Michelle are sales Rep were amazing. The problem I have is with the length of time it takes to have the warranty rep get our 10 day warranty. It has now been two months and all the problems have not been taken care of.

Things are broken and I have to call manufacturer after when I just moved in. Should be responsibility of KB not the homeowner.

I was happy with the entire experience.

There were issues not accurate represented before or during the final walkthrough. Primarily, there is a significant termite infestation throughout the entire neighborhood. Another issue is the water meter was completely broken and is still not fixed. KBHome never even informed me of this issue, I learned this when the water utility company told me they can't setup an account until it's fixed. With that said, I am still happy with the home. You generally get what you pay for. Important too is that KBHome is significantly better than other production home builders in the area.

I understand this is a business but I feel as if things were rushed in order for everyone to get paid.
