Overall we are very pleased with the purchase of our new construction with KB Homes. Throughout the entire process we were kept in the loop with the construction superintendent, the sales team, and those involved in the loan process. Everyone was responsive and had all our questions answered promptly. Since moving in there have been a few flaws which was to be expected, and they all have been addressed in a timely manner. Overall we are very pleased and glad we chose KB Homes to call home!

The whole home buying experience with KB Homes was wonderful. I didn't feel any pressure during my home selection process. The sales representative was welcoming and informed as to what KB Homes had to offer in their homes. I didn't feel any pressure in making a selection. The whole loan process went smooth and easy. My loan officer was prompt to respond to the questions I had. Our construction supt. was wonderful to work with, he always kept me updated on every phase of our home construction. My visit to the Design Center was great. Design Center representative presented many options for upgrades available for our new home. I felt the final choices we made fit our needs. Upgrades were good quality and pricing appropriate for any budget. At close of escrow, the whole KB Home buying experience was awesome.
