The whole home buying experience with KB Homes was wonderful. I didn't feel any pressure during my home selection process. The sales representative was welcoming and informed as to what KB Homes had to offer in their homes. I didn't feel any pressure in making a selection. The whole loan process went smooth and easy. My loan officer was prompt to respond to the questions I had. Our construction supt. was wonderful to work with, he always kept me updated on every phase of our home construction. My visit to the Design Center was great. Design Center representative presented many options for upgrades available for our new home. I felt the final choices we made fit our needs. Two weeks after we moved in we had a baby shower for nearly 100 people, every person remarked just how well built and what a beautiful home we had, we agreed wholeheartedly.

The construction superintendent gets the job done when others can't

Everyone was so supportive and helpful throughout the process. We can recommend everyone from sales to design center, to home loan to construction and follow-up as top notch.

When we first came in we told Patricia about our negative experience with KB in a different location in the past. She apologized and guaranteed that would not happen. Besides waiting longer for the house to be built she was great. Constantly called, text and sent pictures with updates. Then there was Brian the job super (not sure of his title) he was fantastic, he went above and beyond for us, Thank you so much.

Great Experience!

We just moved in our new home a couple of days ago and everything seems to be fine. We had 1 bedroom door that didn't fit right and they will send someone to fix it.

Ever since the beginning of the sales process to eventually closing and now moving in to our KB Home, it has been nothing but easy and I have felt like everyone genuinely cares for our best interest.
