KB Home did an excellent job building my house. The quality of the work, clear communication, and overall experience were all great. The team kept me updated throughout the process and made everything smooth from start to finish. I’m very happy with my new home and would definitely recommend KB Home.

Everyone was amazing, especially Sales and the KBHS group. Construction was good, really liked the Superintendent. His workers are not the best when it comes to straight walls and installing showers properly. Also whoever did the landscaping did not properly grade it in the front yard but Warranry is incredible and they are coming out to take care of it! Overalll an excellent experience!

James and Robert were great to work with. Very patient with all of our questions and requests. We love our new home. Everyone we worked with through KB Homes was great. Would buy again from them

The customization was great, the other buiulders were not offering that option. We got to add or subtract everything we wanted. No package upsells. The options were great, there could have been a few more, and the cost of some of the upgrades were priced a little too high for us. We did them after close for cheaper. But the attention to detail we had with our Superintendent and the Sales staff the KB realtor was one of a kind and really made this experience amazing for us. The home is beautiful we are in love with it! we kept remembering that every builder uses the same crews to build their homes, the same roofers, stucko, etc. so every house is built by the same people. KB Builders were amazing thru the building of our brand new house. Step by step and pictures every week of the progress. It gave us the excitement and trust that they were doing a good job. We are very happy with the house and hope to be for the next 30 years to come!

I purchased a starter home so it won’t be the latest and greatest but the home itself is awesome. The people you work with to get your home are extremely accommodating and accessible throughout most hours of the day. I will say, Anthony and Mechelle are phenomenal to work with and can provide you with an easy and smooth experience. Anthony especially is awesome to work with and goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your new home and to fix anything that was previously missed. The overall team's dedication and genuine care to help the customer was very impressive. Although there were some hiccups along the road, the overall experience is nothing short of a customer service-oriented company. The only negative I would mention is the materials used to build the house do not feel/appear premium, in addition "price paid" for some of the house upgrade options were very high for what you got. I felt many of the things should have been standard offerings but I was charged a high price tag, unfortunately. If you're looking to get a lot of upgrades I strongly recommend trying to do it yourself instead of paying the premium price tag through KB Home. ... More

Our sales Rep Kirin was great and the finance team made it as easy as pie buying a car was more difficult but the KB team made it easy and smooth would highly recommend this team!!

As a overall experience, things went decent. But there are places where KB Homes must listen to customers voice and their concerns than going with the process which is not helping customers, For my house, the price was reduced by 10k on the KB website and the major house selling portals like Zillow/refin etc. immediate next day after I signed the house. We all know the price reductions are as per market/industry situations. When asked, I was told that the price reduction is a mistake.

We had a great experience with KB Home sales group and design. Throughout construction, they kept informing us about the progress on a weekly basis and few months prior to completing construction, KB Home loans and home insurance kept us aware of what’s coming up during the closing process. As far as the quality of workmanship and materials used versus the value of the price paid, we think that they could have done better using some more upgraded materials.

This was one of the best experiences in buying a house I have. Usually buying a house is stressful but this was not. Thank you

First impressions are big for me, and Michelle was amazing!! She was very welcoming and very knowledge on everything! She stuck by me til the very end as this is my first home, she kept me updated on a weekly basis and ensured I had nothing to worry about as her and the team took care of everything.

Very easygoing process. Everyone involved with my purchase was available all the time for me, or returned my call super fast. Always address all my concerns and issues right away. Very happy with my beautiful home.

After looking around for more than a year we came across KB Homes building site in Gilbert. We were pleasantly surprised the models were reasonably priced compared to the other buiilders. From the contract to completion our sales contact Kurt kept us updated periodically with pictures of the progress and always responded timely. The project managers (Jeff and Dan) who managed the 2 phases of the build out were not only knowledgeable but genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. Overall our experience building with KB Homes was good and would highly recommend them.

The experience from day 1 has been outstanding and exceeded expectations. Now we just need help in getting a broken kitchen cabinet repaired. The screw in the foor hinge fell out. Can we get some help. We have been waiting well over a week. Candy is aware. Matthew
