My experience was great I would definitely recommend a KB homes awesome updates and communicate from sales person, loan officer to supervisors and on-site staff

My husband and I were looking for a new home for our family and once we saw the community we were really excited to become a part of it. With all of the open spaces and friendliness of the homeowners and staff and the fact that it is gated and within an area that is really up and coming. We are so happy to be here. Love being able to drive out and see mountains and have better weather and just be a part of a growing community here at Liberty

Nice coordination and good quality

Every person involved from Dawn in sales, Sergio and Kelly as construction managers, Doug in financing, Jackie in processing Dawn, Bridgett as Title help were great and some still are with warranty work. Only thing I would have changed would be quality of paint. They use Sherwin Williama and Dunn Edwards is far better.

Each department was professional and was helpful through every process of my journey. Noe as I see things needing attention your TEAM is helping get things right. Thanks again for your thoroughness in the details.

Everything was painless. The only thing I would say could have been done with more care was on construction. There are some areas inside the house that need more paint like up towards the ceiling. Our water spigot was also leaking and needed to be fixed. Our plants in front are dying but I guess that comes with the Arizona heat. Other than that, everything looked great.

The Sales Representative was excellent. The Loan representative was excellent. Most of personal that I met was very good. They keep their word on making sure the work they promise got done.

I love my new house! I just wish we did a more thorough initial walk through to find the issues we found when we moved in nothing major, but still inconvenient.

Outstanding experience, the KB Homes team worked tirelessly to make this possible! The support, guidance, and assistance they provided me was above and beyond what would have be normally expected. I have some honorable mentions that must be singled out for their exemplary dedication and outstanding customer service…. To Susan, she was my initial contact with KB Homes, which not only helped me select the model I now call my forever home, she also stood by my family throughout the entire process, and even after we moved in to our home, she still keeps in contact to make sure we are doing ok. To Doug, who guided me through the monumental task of providing the proper documentation to satisfy the requirements needed to qualify for a KB Home, to Jacki, the numbers guru who made sure everything was in order with the loan, and finally to Don, who made sure that everything in my house was up to par, and made necessary corrections on requesting. He consistent checked to make sure we had everything we needed. I will say getting in contact with Susan and the other ladies was awesome! They were very helpful and responsive. Whenever I had an issue I knew I could give her a call and the team would help right away. I will say the house itself is great, there were a few hiccups on the building of the home. Overall experience was great!

I have had a good home buying experience for my first time buying a home. Jaime has been great at fixing any issues that have come up or getting back to me in a timely manner.

Quite honestly, our experience was a good one. Everything happened extremely quick! From Brad at the sales office, to Nick coming through with the loans. We are so happy with our beautiful home

I closed on my house Nov 10, 2022. Turned in a issues list approx Nov 20, 2022 and it is Dec 27, 2022 and no call from service care department yet. I did have trouble with front doorknob and one bedroom doorknob and the construction lead came and repaired it (but it needed to be fixed again (on the list) but it's been so long a family member fit it.

I am very happy with my new home by KB homes. From Susan the realtor to Corey and Sabina at the loan office I had a great experience.

The team at KB Home was great! From the first encounter with the sales counselor all the way to close, the KB team kept us informed of all updates in the building process. There were a few things that came up after move in but, have been and are being quickly addressed.

Only had a problem with one or two people. Everyone else was superior.
