I love my new house! I just wish we did a more thorough initial walk through to find the issues we found when we moved in nothing major, but still inconvenient.

To Doug, who guided me through the monumental task of providing the proper documentation to satisfy the requirements needed to qualify for a KB Home, to Jacki, the numbers guru who made sure everything was in order with the loan, and finally to Don, who made sure that everything in my house was up to par, and made necessary corrections on requesting. I will say getting in contact with Susan and the other ladies was awesome! They were very helpful and responsive. Whenever I had an issue I knew I could give her a call and the team would help right away. I will say the house itself is great, there were a few hiccups on the building of the home. Overall experience was great!

I’m very impressed with the the quality of my home. There are some issues with the wood trim but that is being addressed. They have made my experience a pleasant one. Very fast and easy process. Within a few weeks of putting down earnest money, we had our design appointment done and they had begun the building process. Within 8 months we were in our home. We have been here about 7 weeks now and we love it. Ken and Tricia are the absolute best and we are grateful for their help, constant picture updates, and more. Have already recommended KB Home to other friends in Las Vegas and Washington State. Thank you KB Home for making our first-time homebuying processing seamless, easy and exciting!!

Everything went smoothly, was in consistant contact with sales, build and finance thru the whole process.

the experience was great but the only thing I'm not happy with is that I can't fit 2 cars in the garage. I assumed that they were built big enough for 2.

Quality of materials not that great whomever KB used form lumber wasn't as i was expecting but overall final product turned out great

What stands out most to me is their willingness to correct issues I was unsatisfied with.
