Great building experience with KB. Meet all of the timelines, and the team kept us updated with photos and progress reports on a weekly basis.

The buying experience was really good. However, we did not receive a 10 day follow up. We actually had to call and ask for it. We also have not received a 30 day follow up. Both of which were promised to us.

Love our sales lady she has been really helpful thru all of our questions and concerns the only issue is workmanship and quality already had to file multiple warranty claims for front door because it’s leaking how to put a warrant payment for the grout on the backsplash because it’s completely crumbling and a warranty claim for the paint around the doors because it’s just ripping off the doors other than that the house is a really nice design and comfortable

Very fast and easy process. Within a few weeks of putting down earnest money, we had our design appointment done and they had begun the building process. Within 8 months we were in our home. We have been here about 7 weeks now and we love it. Ken and Tricia are the absolute best and we are grateful for their help, constant picture updates, and more. Have already recommended KB Home to other friends in Las Vegas and Washington State. Thank you KB Home for making our first-time homebuying processing seamless, easy and exciting!!

Everything went smoothly, was in consistant contact with sales, build and finance thru the whole process.

the experience was great but the only thing I'm not happy with is that I can't fit 2 cars in the garage. I assumed that they were built big enough for 2.

Quality of materials not that great whomever KB used form lumber wasn't as i was expecting but overall final product turned out great

Friendly and professional staff that went above and beyond with situation. (Covid19) Staff keep me updated and managed to have the home ready to move in as promised.

Everything seemed great when I first moved in but after a few days I noticed a lot of discrepancies in my home. I had a leak in my sink since the builder failed to check for any leaks, a conduit was missing from my bedroom and overall I was not happy with how long it takes to the warranty person to come and check everything out. I was promised a top of the line home and that was not given to me.

The process of the home building was smooth! The quality of the tiles horrible. Tiles were really dirty not happy about. You can see the caulking all tiles paint on the caulking horrible!!

Good overall for first time buyer, but it would have been better. Our cabinet had a few issues, so we have to replace a fews. But the installation date was not fulfilled on first appointment, so we have to reschdeule to get it done. I'm not sure if it is normal but we didn't realized until moved in is that the back yard had so many hazard materials on and in ground as we working on landscapes. But overall, I would definitely recommending KBhome. In fact, I already have many friends looking into it.

KB Employees have been fantastic to work with like Kirin, Thomas, and Daniel. However, it’s the trade partners KB has selected to use that brings your marks down. For example, our cabinets delayed the closing of our home several weeks, we are missing sensors for our HVAC, we paid for Ethernet ports at the design meeting which were ultimately installed, but wired to nowhere because no one notified us (including the consultant) that we would also need a panel in our laundry room. The Ethernet port issue doesn’t seem like a big issue to most, but now we are in our dream home and every work day my wife is reminded of the error because she needs to jump through extra hoops to connect to her work wirelessly instead of a simple hardwire. ... KB was great to work with in the process of buying a home. Each step throughout was handled with ease by the professionals and made me feel like I was missing something because it was such a smooth process. I would recommend KB Builders to family and friends.

The buying process was great. Everyone was professional and very helpful. After we moved in there was great follow up.

Things are broken and I have to call manufacturer after when I just moved in. Should be responsibility of KB not the homeowner.

They want you to sign the contract. Give tou the house unfinish. Had alot of issues. Until not its not resolved. Promises promises promiese BS.

Still waiting for construction deficiencies to be addressed AND corrected. 60 days in, very disappointed. Sales & financing went great - all other aspects are lacking.

The loan experience was the best for me. There was no pressure. Lisa was so helpful. She walked me through the process. She made me feel relaxed and happy. So much so I recommended KB to my friends who were looking to buy.

There’s a lot of things that need fixing but if it wasn’t for me discovering how lazy the work was done considering the island power cord was never done under the island except 5 inches away and under the carpet is unacceptable. Thats a fire hazard which gives me more concern to uncover more things as it’s coming along. Ken and Jacquie were great overall and this review is not towards them but towards their works they used which they had no choice in such a terrible market we were going through.
