The mortgage piece was terrible. After move in , had several repairs, takes a lot of my work time. Used my electricity to build the neighbors house. The stucco walls are not flat.

Miss Elaine is the best!! She made the whole experience a positive one. Even when I would get frazzled she always knew how to keep me positive and keep moving forward. It was so much fun getting to design the house and watch it build. I would recommend KB to anyone and everyone. We looked around at several other builders before choosing KB and I’m glad we did.

The workmanship looked rushed. Lots of imperfections. Hire an inspector.

Convince KB homes to lower the price when you want to upgrade from flat to eggshell it was $2300 so I opted to repaint it my self for less than $250 that would have saved me some time if they made that upgrade at a reasonable price .

Great home and home buying experience

We are very pleases with our new home. The only reason I didn’t give a higher grade on the workmanship is that I feel whoever laid our tile eas a city cares less. There are all kinds of steaks that won’t clean properly because The grout and cement was done either too fast or carelessly. Some streaks won’t come out and I’m still finding areas that need special attention.

Ensure you provide all documents needed promptly to loan officers justifying any balances on loans past and present. This will enable underwriting to process and approve your loan much quicker. The process may be a little stressful at the end, but rest assured as your provide all detailed information, KB will ensure that they doo all they can to get you approved.

Our sales contact was Lee. He was an excellent communicator who updated us on a regular basis. His depth of knowledge has been outstanding. The design studio experience was very valuable. Great information and advice from Melisa. The construction Manager Dave was excellent in follow up with us. and Ben is still helping us with Customer service.

Buying a house can be a stressful process, especially when it’s a new build. My wife and I are from San Diego. When we first decided to move to Tucson we drove the entire city looking at new build construction sites. KB, by far, had the best prices and the best customer service. They took the time to make sure that we understood the models and pricing. They didn’t look at my wife and me as just another number. KB has got it down to a science, or rather, an art. Amazing to me how quickly everything was completed, and deadlines consistently met. Head foreman David Hartman was friendly, professional, and responsive to our concerns throughout. Minor complications were resolved in a timely manner with excellent customer service provided by Ben Heese and staff. All contractors assigned to fix items during the inspection phase were prompt and professional. Useful information was provided to us (the homeowners) to help understand how said items work. Good communication was provided throughout the process. Salesman Lee Williams was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and committed to a smooth flowing process. Great customer service 10

We had a great experience with KB with only minor issues involving misunderstandings between their team. We love our home and are very happy!

We bought a spec home so we did not get to pick the upgrades. The upgrades chosen by the design studio were very good choices. We would have only made a few alterations. Some of the workmanship on the drywalling and texturing was below average. We have been in only 1 1/2 months so we haven't dealt with response to warranty issues, yet. I'm not sure I'd use KB Home Loans. The process was easy but the loan has been sold twice and there has been a change in the fee structures.

Everyone at KB was fantastic.....my house is absolutely beautiful!
