We have been trying to get our refrigerator replaced or refunded since we paid for it ourselves thru the design studio for 1100.00. It looks second hand and runs loud enough to hear 7 out of 8 hrs. They ordered doors without hearing our side of issue. This has been ongoing before we closed on house, said go ahead and close all issues will be taken care of, at who’s satisfaction. Had a range problem got that solved. Still have issue with cabinet inserts, put on order to replace. Essentially everything we paid extra for has had issues. Everyone who has told us they will come here to talk to us about this issue has not shown up. Wait all day and nothing. KB advertising says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Not happening yet. it was a quick move in expirence, lots of issues though for a brand new home, not great customer service

KB Home builds a quality home and I would refer them to family and friends

I changed jobs, had emergency surgery all through the building process and I never had to worry about the house. They kept in contact every week and sent pictures on the progress. Everyone from the sales team to the design center and construction were all great people to work with.

The whole process was made very easy from the whole KB Homes team

Response time is slow for minor repairs.

The whole experience from beginning to move in was quick and very easy. I was pre loan appproved in 15 minutes, and final approval in a week. We close in less than a month. The home is very well built and the fit and finish is really good. Several features you usually have to pay much more for.

Ray at EDP was amazing and helped us understand the process and got us excited every week with updated pictures. Jerry was phenomenal and responded to our questions quickly. We had an amazing experience with everyone there. I would recommend them to all my friends & family.

Overall, a good experience in this house, they do have details to take care of, but I'm happy and thankful!

Great experience in overall, the building quality is as expected. There are some very small things, I decided to take care myself (paint retouch, doorbell button installation, concrete in the ramp, water dripping from a pipe).

Sharlin and James were amazing. They both took great care of me. On top of all communication, closing cost thoroughly explained, monthly payment on point, and the quality of build is everything I paid for. Thank you

Both my husband and I love our new home. When we first went to KB office, we had an understanding staff (Ray) who helped through the whole process. It was a smooth process and did not experience any problems. We were grateful by KB staff, builder (Jerry) and Ray for the support they provided for us. We moved from CA to Sarhuarita, AZ and we are very happy here.

Really was a big experience and mi wife and I felt very happy with all process.

Could not be happier with the value for the money, the great features of our home, or the service provided. Everyone we worked with was fantastic.

We had a couple water leak issues but the KB warranty staff and contractors were all very responsive in resolving the issues. Would recommend each new home has a 'deep cleaning' prior to new owner arrival as our home was dusty and floors not clean. Overall, i would have KB build another home for us. Sales staff and contractor were both very good!
