KB is a builder who has earned our Trust; and moreover, we learned patience in the process. Trust and Patience helped us weather the process, while keeping our sanity and focus on our goals. In the end they were all met. We love our home!

Excellent communication and stayed on schedule

Throughout the process the sales team and the construction team worked together to make sure that I was updated on the progress of my new home build. EVERYONE showed care and concern about any questions I had and responded promptly. AND they don’t stop caring after they hand you the keys. After 30 days they come in and “freshen up”, addressing any issues that I may have come across as well as touch up areas that might have been bumped or scuffed during the move in process. I love my new home, the excellent quality of workmanship is obvious. The care that the entire KB Homes team has shown exceeds any customer service that I have experienced in the past.
