The process went smooth from the beginning to the end.

Excellent communication and stayed on schedule

Throughout the process the sales team and the construction team worked together to make sure that I was updated on the progress of my new home build. EVERYONE showed care and concern about any questions I had and responded promptly. AND they don’t stop caring after they hand you the keys. After 30 days they come in and “freshen up”, addressing any issues that I may have come across as well as touch up areas that might have been bumped or scuffed during the move in process. I love my new home, the excellent quality of workmanship is obvious. The care that the entire KB Homes team has shown exceeds any customer service that I have experienced in the past. You are in great hands with the team. They will take care of you and always respond promptly to calls and text. Any concerns that have been brought up they immediately take action.

Only problem in the Vail area is wind and the dryer vents are very noisy

KB Homes was great. From the very beginning they were very transparent with everything, costs, work that was pending, etc. We went ahead and got an inspection although it was not needed and KB Homes honored all of the work we requested from the inspection and post work as well. Their financing team was on it, they didn't skip a day in trying to get us into our new home. The best part about financing with them was better rates, deals, and guidance on a lot of programs. Keep in mind, new homes stilll have to sit so there will be minor defects here and there but nothing that that won't take care of. ... More

Great process in actually getting the house we wanted instead of settling for just what is offered.

They were very accommodating. They said we would be in here within four months and we were. They fixed everything that was brought to their attention and more. Everyone was very pleasant.

OUR SALES PERSON WAS OUTSTANDING ALONG WITH OUR CONSTRUCTION SUPER AND THE DESIGN STUDIO STAFF.OUR HOUSE WAS COMPLETED ON TIME AND IS BEAUTIFUL.

The KB team did an amazing job in helping me with my first home. They were very proactive. I loved being able to pick out the colors and style I wanted. Overall it was a great experience!
