Following up with new home buyer would be nice!

The KB Home staff really care for the home buyer as if they were themselves living in the same community and were your neighbor.

It was an interesting process, just know your house won't be perfect you will find things that will need to get fixed.

Mark was great! Answered all questions and organized the entire process. Did not care for KB Home Loan services.

Still having major issues with the home. And small issues. Calls were never returned notes were never updated or taken a very confusing process poor customer service. They would say they were going to do something but then go back on their word multiple times.

The overall experience was great. Just not much communication from the Loan portion of KB. I ended up using another lender, but I got the house I created which made me happy!

Despite any minimal issues I have with a new construction home; KB monitors any issues that I have arising and they address them immediately. Example, a wire came loose in the air conditioner that caused temps in the house to rise to 93 degrees. I called for help and a tech came within 2 hours. Also, Rose, the representative maintained communication with us the whole time.

No doubt buying a home with KB is a great experience. But not our dwelling on the first month, this was the time we noticed some flaws on the materials and workmanship. First, our countertop has a lot of chips on it but it has been addressed already they did some repairs. Second, I thought the paint in the interior was so thin it can easily be removed seemed like only one coating was apied.Third and the worst, within a month of dwelling, our a/c already broke twice! Installer got notified but their emergency service was not until 3 days after we called. Summertime! Who would like to spend their days inside their new house with 93 degrees inside? My preparation from Texas was great, I could not believe how smooth the process went. I was disappointed on the initial walk thru at the number of issues that needed to be done. But all the people I dealt with were awesome and willing to help in any way they could. It would have been nice if all the construction was complete, especially when the houses are so close together. I would have liked more choices on the flooring as I am not a big fan of carpet in the main living areas. I still have a few issues to be resolved and because of all the work still needed to be done in the area, it makes it harder to get issues resolved. I love the location of my house, it would have been even better if my back yard faced the mountains. ... More

The whole KB Home team made our dream possible as first time home buyers. Stress is part of the process but everybody from KB did a great job on making us comfortable and meeting our timeframe.

The whole process was much easier than I thought it would. Elaine, my sales person, was so awesome. Jeff, my loan processor, was always available to answer my questions and walk me through the process. Logan is incredible to work with for our aftercare. She makes getting things fixed a breeze.

Really appreciated the base price drop! Saved our bacon when our CA home value tanked!

Great sales in Cristina and super great construction manager Enrique!!! They kept me informed and were my advocate in all!

Love my view and new home. The main office and building staff were great to work with and very helpful.

Construction Manager Brian was excellent. He went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Logan was also great with warranty issues and Elaine was very helpful with Sales and design issues.

We closed on our new home with multiple punch list items needing to be addressed. The project manager(s) seem to be doing their best to get all the subcontractors back to the house to complete all items to our expectation. I can understand how hard it is to get subcontractors back once the closing occurred, but I wish more could be done. We closed over 60 days ago.

The tram was awesome Tanya, Zach and Jerry also the young lady at the show room when picking out my upgrades she was amazing.

There was a faulty smoke alarm system installed which eventually was replaced but I had to put up with it going off approximately every 5 hours during the day and night. I did contact the construction staff early into the problem but it took about 3 weeks to get it resolved. I still have another issue regarding a possible ceiling leak in the kitchen area which has not been taken care of.

I had a great experience with KB homes. Everyone has been very responsive and helpful!

In an apparent rush to finish before closing, a lot of details about the house were skipped; however, KB rep and sup have been tremendously responsive to correcting all the issues quickly. Repair and finish crews have been superb.

Great and wonderful service from customer service, agents, loan officers and builders. Very impressive experience including total satisfaction in the entire home buying process.
