Seems we've had a few issues with this house unlike our other house though as always Dave and Byron get things taken care of, they're an excellent team.

Great people to work with. Constant communication as to the building progress. Highly recommend.

Easy to work with, and build quality homes

Our experience in purchasing our home through KB Homes was very easy and smooth overall very satisfied with the outcome of our new home.

Excellent price and workmanship

I would have loved to have little parks embedded throughout our neighborhood however we are a small pocket within a much larger community, and not even the larger community has those amenities. We upgraded our cabinetry and it seems to chip rather easily, which is frustrating considering we've only been in the home since the start of the year.

Miss Elaine is the best!! She made the whole experience a positive one. Even when I would get frazzled she always knew how to keep me positive and keep moving forward. It was so much fun getting to design the house and watch it build. I would recommend KB to anyone and everyone. We looked around at several other builders before choosing KB and I’m glad we did.

We are very pleases with our new home. The only reason I didn’t give a higher grade on the workmanship is that I feel whoever laid our tile eas a city cares less. There are all kinds of steaks that won’t clean properly because The grout and cement was done either too fast or carelessly. Some streaks won’t come out and I’m still finding areas that need special attention.

Everything up to closing on the new build was flawless and without issue, and even the small issues when the final walkthrough/acceptance was done was responded to in a quick manner and resolved.

Poor designs for the master's toilet (the door and the space) and the second bath.

The sales side and the site managers who you actually speak with are great. My only downside is now that I’m moved in, the rest of neighborhood still needs to be built and the guys building the houses don’t seem to care about blocking your driveway or a whole street so you can’t even get to your house. Situational awareness is not one of their strongest traits. They’ll sit in their car on their phones blocking a street and won’t notice you patiently waiting for them to move until you honk but then you get stared down for having the audacity of interrupting them blocking the street. House completed on date promised. Quick response.

No doubt buying a home with KB is a great experience. But not our dwelling on the first month, this was the time we noticed some flaws on the materials and workmanship. First, our countertop has a lot of chips on it but it has been addressed already they did some repairs. Second, I thought the paint in the interior was so thin it can easily be removed seemed like only one coating was apied.Third and the worst, within a month of dwelling, our a/c already broke twice! Installer got notified but their emergency service was not until 3 days after we called. Summertime! Who would like to spend their days inside their new house with 93 degrees inside? KB has got it down to a science, or rather, an art. Amazing to me how quickly everything was completed, and deadlines consistently met. Head foreman David Hartman was friendly, professional, and responsive to our concerns throughout. Minor complications were resolved in a timely manner with excellent customer service provided by Ben Heese and staff. All contractors assigned to fix items during the inspection phase were prompt and professional. Useful information was provided to us (the homeowners) to help understand how said items work. Good communication was provided throughout the process. Salesman Lee Williams was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and committed to a smooth flowing process. After the sell our customer service rep was here anytime we needed. He is most caring as is the rest of the staff. Jeff has always been most helpful before turning it over to Brett!

There was a faulty smoke alarm system installed which eventually was replaced but I had to put up with it going off approximately every 5 hours during the day and night. I did contact the construction staff early into the problem but it took about 3 weeks to get it resolved. I still have another issue regarding a possible ceiling leak in the kitchen area which has not been taken care of.

There needs to be better oversight of the work that is being done.

Trust but verify. Love the location, wish there was a pool
